- Alright, everyone, thanks for joining me today. I wanted to bring you along on a journey to Harbor freight to show you a brand new engine driven air compressor from their fortress line.#harborfreight #aircompressor #fortress

Just got one yesterday and I’m setting it up today.
And good?
I was able to talk with the manager at my local harbor freight and was able to score a really good coupon on this compressor so I picked one up. the overall build quality seems to be very nice haven't had a chance to run it yet.
I saw one at the Harbor Frieght in Carson just last week
That's awesome. I'm glad to hear It. I think it is an excellent compressor and I will take it into serious consideration when it comes. Time for me to purchase a new one. Thanks for the comment and the view.
Once you put some hours on it, can you post a followup video?
Not quite in a place where I could justify purchasing one yet. But I will definitely take this piece of equipment into serious consideration. Also, it's a not
available yet.
I definitely think this is one of those pieces of equipment from Harbor freight where it is more of a time test than anything.
@@26feironworks79 how can you speak on something youve not used ?
I just picked one up but they haven't really given good direction on hooking it up with using the starter, Did you hook yours up to a battery?
That's really Weird, what I would do is contact customer service or build a battery tray and fabricate. Some leads to hook up to the starter switch. I hope that helps.
@@26feironworks79 Thanks you
It looks alright….it’s design is cumbersome though…but it does help with the elements . I have the ingersoll rand version….it’s an awesome compressor . I’m not concerned about a canopy over mine…it’s inside a box van completely out of the weather
Is there a wheel kit for it?
Not that i'm aware of
Are you on Instagram? If so I can send you a picture of something that might work
@@26feironworks79 no Instagram. Sorry
I don't want the fumes in the garage
@@johnsutter1497 In that case, what I would recommend is getting some stainless steel flexible tubing, so you can direct it in any direction that you want.
Also , you might want to incorporate some type of exhaust fan that you could pump the exhaust into to discharge it outside
Do they make a exhaust vent to vent out the exhaust if you have it in a garage?
I do believe there is a directional exhaust cover that you can get. That is universal to like a Honda engine, so you could have some type of direction on your exhaust. You might have to customize something
Thank you
