Wow this is the best yet! I really enjoy how you are putting these together, this one the continuity is just right on target...... I'm very impressed. Thank you
Nice property, the olive trees are quite old but can still produce when properly trimmed and fertilized. It looks like they have placed netting around the chicken coop to prevent stray birds from landing into the area for the chickens. This is good, it prevents stray birds from entering the area and eating the feed for the chickens as well as preventing the chickens from catching bird flu from the wild birds. I like the travertine marble stairs inside the home. It adds a touch of elegance. We have used the same marble in the main entryway outside into our home. Love the gathering room in the lower level for the family get togethers. Spare bedrooms for family coming in from out of town as well. A very interesting floor plan but a bit strange from an architectural point of view.
I like it! I would do a lot of cosmetic changes to the upper floor, but overall it is a great size with lots of potential, good views, and a huge garden area for tomatoes and veggies! All at a great price! If I cud find a remoote job I would sell my USA house and buy this and mooove here! :=8)
It seems like this house consists of a basement and a finished attic, and the ground floor being part of a different house. Is my understanding correct?
Very confusing layout and what outdoor area belongs to this house vs what areas belongs to neighbors. But overall a very great large home for the price 😊
Just wanted to say that you and Aiden make a GREAT team. Your talents compliment each other! Keep up the good work! ❤️❤️
Very quirky, very cute. It has a very nice vibe and garden

And its not too far from where my family originates from, Torino Di Sango! I am hoping you'll do a video there some day!

Grazie da Texas. Come si chiama “chicken coop” in italiano? ❤
Wait. So if we hear la campanile are we in walking distance of a cafe?
The grounds are nice. The house has too many partitions, doors and stairs. Its a good idea for a house to have a second kitchen.
Asking price?
