For Last Wish, do not get your hopes up on red borders, I’ve been hitting both chests on 3 characters religiously since last October and I haven’t completed a single pattern without the aid of Deepsight Harmonizers. Red Borders from those chests are really, REALLY rare Edit: Apparently I’m just really unlucky with rng, so you probably don’t have much to worry about

You either get normal 9-5ers that take like two hours and just yap the whole time, real gamers that lock in and complete it in like 3--40 minutes, complete noobs that ask for a carry, or actually just straight up hackers. Still better than actually trying to find a dedicated raid team though.
You don’t have to get the herald checkpoint for the salvation’s edge chest. You can get a witness checkpoint and track back to the chest but you need salvations grip and grapples
It’s not exact, but there is a froggy video backtracking from the witness to first encounter. You have to use strand hunter for this with two grapples and salvations grip. Use shatterdive or ensnaring slam to get down the elevator to verity and then use ricochet rounds to kill yourself and set a spawn point at the bottom. Then mantle up a ledge and aim at the hole where you enter the encounter and fully charge salvations grip and fire at the hole. If it is well placed it allows you to grapple up onto one of the crystals and grapple again to reach a ledge. After that you should be able to follow froggy’s video and get the chest👍 Reply if you have any difficulties and ill try to help
It’s so satisfying to watch and play Destiny in 3rd person. Needs to be an option for maybe for non-endgame stuff like Pale Heart overthrows. Just to add more to the game. We match good looking gear so might as well see it more than when I die 😂
i deleted a shiny mountaintop with ambitious assassin, auto loading holster, one for all, recombination, and a velocity masterwork. iirc it also had spike nades and hard launch.

Legend, I’ve been doing most of these solo but I had no idea about the tangle to projectile method, and especially the 2nd Deep Stone chest since the last 1st CP out of bounds method got patched! Thanks a lot!
You can get first secret chest in Salvations Edge by backtracking from 3rd encounter, no Out-of-Bounds required, just an eager edge sword to zoom past the door before it closes behind you and something like an aggressive frame sword or pheonix dive to get down the elevator, then just backtrack the jumping puzzle a little bit to get the chest. Takes less than 2 mins to run and no oob needed.
you can solo the door in vog to get the first chest as well by shooting the heads off of two plate minotaurs and keeling them alive while standing on the third plate
you can actually get the 11th chest if you have a cp for 3rd encounter , when you spawn with the cp , just take the same path from 2nd to 3rd encounter backwards , however there are two things that can block your path , the first thing is the elevator right before the 3rd encounter , to avoid this , i used poenix dive which allowed to go at the bottom of it , then i used icarus dash to get out of the elevator , the second thing is those blocks that block your path ( the little things that come from a portal ) to avoid them , i used a mountaintop to go in the gap between the blocks and the giant doorway . hope this help some of you , i discovered this on my own when i tried to go from 3rd to 2nd encounter but unfortunately , i couldnt find a way to get past the red elevator 😔

pretty much any raid chests give you spoils. I use some of these chest to farm spoils when im low and dont have time to do a raid. Remember, the spoil drops are once per chest, per week.
Last Wish Secret Chests only gives you spoils when it's the weekly, and each chest is per account for spoils, not character, so the max you'd get is 10, both Garden and Deep Stone do NOT give spoils from secret chests period, but VoG onwards do
2:37 personally, I run Armamentarium for a double grapple strand Titan. Lion Rampant is somewhat mediocre in my experience, and just taking a moment to switch to strafe jump and swap all your resilience mods to mobility and discipline gives you the same or even better aerial performance.

Love that skimmers are just completely unavailable to players these days... I wouldn't care if they functioned just like a sparrow but they are very much an advantage (or maybe convenience is a better word) over sparrows. Like being able to completely fly over the prophecy dungeon sparrow run is a very nice advantage that a large portion of the player base doesn't have access to. Would be nice if Bungie stopped time gating impactful content...
I have a question, i've completed quite a few raids since last week but haven't dropped a single spoil of conquest (i have 133 on my inventory and my postmaster is clear), do you guys have any clue why?
Doesn’t mention that you only get raid items that you’ve already discovered by doing the raids, so if you haven’t done the raid then you don’t get weapons or armour from these chests

Might be an open door but this helped for me. Shoot 2 symbols at a time at the wishing wall. This way you can avoid the delay before you can shoot again, made it so much faster for me
It actually is, I tried it a few time now, cuz I was wondering why the death box didn't count when I was I enough. You can evade it by simply being high enough. I did it with titan, used all of my jetpack to gain height, used my first strand grapple grenade, did two melees with a sword, used the second grapple nade and 2 of the melee charges, used ult mid-air and punched my way across. I used the titan exo, which gives you a extra nade. I don't know the English name of it, but the German word for it
I have a question regarding the chests but can you get the any of the items from dungeon or raid without completing the raid? Or is it like percentage of chance or do you need to complete the actual full thing in order to unlock the items?
I feel like it's probably just easier to fireteam find a group to actually do the raid than go to all the trouble of glitching OOB or running for 10 minutes backtracking. The only exceptions are the Last Wish and VotD.
the symbols are a raid mechanic so there isnt anything to patch. double check your symbols because I mess mine up fairly often. maybe google a clearer image cuz i know he goes through it pretty fast, I had trouble seeing it.

@@llZeroGamingllyou can do them only if you've completed atleast one encounter, most of these raids have atleast one which you can solo. Last wish is the only exception, you can get all the loot from it without doing the raid.

Spoils, to get weapons or gear you have to do a few encounters. Or if you did one encounter and got a weapon, you’d only get that same one weapon each time
Last Wish is the only raid you don't have to have gotten a drop from an encounter for the chests to give you raid weapons and armor. Every other raid you need to have gotten a drop from an encounter to get anything other than mods and spoils.
@@anujitganguly2029 I second what the guy above me said ^ also most of the chests are easy as day to do, the glitch ones are a little more tricky but as he said easy once you get the hang of it, ofcourse you could just run the raids if the glitches are to hard for you, the raids are pretty easy
Just make some friends or use LFG people. Running raids from beginning to end, grabbing the secret chests, doing red border chest, is the best way to get raid loot. Plus if you play all 3 characters that’s even more loot.
I intend to but my social battery ain’t what it used to be so I have a limit for how many random interactions I can stomach till my brain just shuts down.
I appreciate the sentiment but it's a little like telling a depressed person to just cheer up... a cavalcade of reasons why that isn't possible. Hell, I'm in a clan and I struggle to get 6 people together sometimes. So this is handy for those who want to grab a little loot when they aren't able to get a team.
@@darrellmoore5766 Indeed it had! One is only commenting on the fact that you can’t “solo” the raid loot due to the initial “non-solo” requirement. I have played Destiny religiously since the inception of D1, and I have done it completely solo (save for matchmade playlists). I have only ever run VoG and Wish raids, once only out of pure FOMO. There is no way for me to solo loot chests, from VoD for example. I just get annoyed by my own stupidity for falling for clickbait videos promising something I have wanted for a long time…the ability to farm raid loot without raiding.

Then the disclaimer in the beginning of the video states what we all know since we’ve been playing for so long. Which is you’ve had to at least complete an encounter to get gear from the secret chest. Kinda like if you’ve only done one encounter and let’s say you get smg. That’s all you would get from the chest. Isn’t this common knowledge?
It has nothing to do with being socially awkward or having anxiety my vault is full of raid loot I use to raid a lot back in the day but lately the community has just become toxic asf one of the main reasons why it’s hard for solo players to get stuff done

Shortly after the taken king I was raiding multiple times a week, but as time went on I lost the stomach for lfg’ing. Somehow 21 year old me is less sociable than 13 year old me.

He did show last wish (which you don't have to do) and gave a disclaimer. This is just for the players who don't want to get a team together for every week.
Solid for players like me who have done these raids multiple times but have a few red borders i need still to collect, i dont have to sit through whole runs to get them if i dont feel like raiding. Also the spoils are useful for when i do decide to raid. Useful information, great vid.

Not weird, I do this every week too. Makes it easy to farm when lfg isn’t an option. After you get each raid done each at least once this makes for a easy extra loot collect

FYI, all Pantheon encounters counted as raid encounters, so even if you have never played the according raids you still get loot from the chests.

Hot to do the VOG one in better explanation?? Been trying to do the sparrow rock glitch for over 30 minutes now and have got nowhere

lions lets you stay in the air for as long as you have sword ammo or melee charges

It is rather easy once you get the hang of it. The game isn’t going to hand everything over. You gotta put a little effort for end game gear
@@anujitganguly2029 I second what the guy above me said ^ also most of the chests are easy as day to do, the glitch ones are a little more tricky but as he said easy once you get the hang of it, ofcourse you could just run the raids if the glitches are to hard for you, the raids are pretty easy

Just make some friends or use LFG people. Running raids from beginning to end, grabbing the secret chests, doing red border chest, is the best way to get raid loot. Plus if you play all 3 characters that’s even more loot.
I intend to but my social battery ain’t what it used to be so I have a limit for how many random interactions I can stomach till my brain just shuts down.
Sure, but that's different when no one even accepts newbies in their groups
I appreciate the sentiment but it's a little like telling a depressed person to just cheer up... a cavalcade of reasons why that isn't possible. Hell, I'm in a clan and I struggle to get 6 people together sometimes. So this is handy for those who want to grab a little loot when they aren't able to get a team.

So…to summarise…if you want to get raid gear solo without doing the raid…you have to do the raid…wonderful! 😅
That's how it's always been, gotta run raids a few times to be able to do this and farm what you want
@@darrellmoore5766 Indeed it had! One is only commenting on the fact that you can’t “solo” the raid loot due to the initial “non-solo” requirement. I have played Destiny religiously since the inception of D1, and I have done it completely solo (save for matchmade playlists). I have only ever run VoG and Wish raids, once only out of pure FOMO. There is no way for me to solo loot chests, from VoD for example. I just get annoyed by my own stupidity for falling for clickbait videos promising something I have wanted for a long time…the ability to farm raid loot without raiding.

@@danielwhitfordbecause if you’ve done the raid before since you’ve played for so long. You can get gear solo shown in the video. This is a known fact. Then the disclaimer in the beginning of the video states what we all know since we’ve been playing for so long. Which is you’ve had to at least complete an encounter to get gear from the secret chest. Kinda like if you’ve only done one encounter and let’s say you get smg. That’s all you would get from the chest. Isn’t this common knowledge?
I dont care how much social anxiety you have. At one point you should just farm an encounter.
It has nothing to do with being socially awkward or having anxiety my vault is full of raid loot I use to raid a lot back in the day but lately the community has just become toxic asf one of the main reasons why it’s hard for solo players to get stuff done
Being in a different timezone to the majority of Destiny 2 players and having little time to raid as a result ❌
Not wanting to deal with braindead "I know what to do, I watched a guide" players ❌
Knowing that the LFG team will fall apart after a single bad DPS phase because we weren't "optimal" ❌

Shortly after the taken king I was raiding multiple times a week, but as time went on I lost the stomach for lfg’ing. Somehow 21 year old me is less sociable than 13 year old me.

@@Insidious-K same here. After taken King in D1, I was doing the raid all the time, now I feel like I'm gonna be liability since I don't have god tier builds and weapons so I don't do them 😭

He did show last wish (which you don't have to do) and gave a disclaimer. This is just for the players who don't want to get a team together for every week.
Solid for players like me who have done these raids multiple times but have a few red borders i need still to collect, i dont have to sit through whole runs to get them if i dont feel like raiding. Also the spoils are useful for when i do decide to raid.

Its not completely solo when you need another person for Crota, and checkpoints or bots, thats not solo
You can grab the abyss cp from bots.

Not weird, I do this every week too. Makes it easy to farm when lfg isn’t an option. After you get each raid done each at least once this makes for a easy extra loot collect
