Moguera isn't one of my favorite characters but he does look good I have to say, he would look great in a collection and on the shelf, and this one would be a great representation if someone had to pick one out for representation in a collection. There's no denying that he looks awesome here and the sculpt and articulation is all pretty good. It is a bummer about the few little paint flaws, but like you said that happens, and they can't all be 100% perfect.
I do agree they need to do or rather should have done something different for the skirting. For one the loss of the detail we don't get to see on the upper legs that is there, it's almost a waste of the work they put into it, and for two the loss of articulation for the legs of the skirts were cut differently they would be able to use the articulation that is there but is now lost to the skirting.
As for the wings and thigh caps, I think a much better way would have been magnets for sure. That would have held them so much better than the friction holds.
But looks wise he is very nice looking for what I can see. I think it is a nice figure even with the minor flaws. He stays together nicely and the articulation is cool along with the alternate head and wing parts. 😊
    👍👍👍

FYI theirs actually elbow articulation, its just frozen out of box, and be careful trying to find them so you dont snap anything, 90% of people getting this fig i feel have missed it, but now you know and great review as always

@Monkinator67 Thanks, it's very slight and much too hidden, but is indeed there.

Yeah, rubber parts on robot figures doesn't work for me either & for the price, this Moguera should be all hard plastic. I do like this design but i won't be picking him up. Still, a great review as always UltraZ. Thanks.

i think the softer plastic might be there to help bond the paint better, more porous means a better grip on the metallic silver which is the bulk of the body, mechag2 has the same kind or at least it seems that way to me. Not doing so would mean paint would rub off a lot easier or theyd have to use a more expensive painting process that would push the price point up.

@ORLY911 Nah, MechaG has nothing like this. They haven't used this type of plastic at all, so I don't think it's a cost measure, especially since there's very few accessories and it's smaller than the rest of the line.
