Godzilla wakes up with all the hate and annoyance of a father whose just been woken up on a weeknight by his kids doing something stupid. He's getting the belt.
I appreciate how he avoids the simple answer “ it’s Godzilla”. Also the point about him summoning others would make for an epic show provided they finally get a crossover right and it focuses on the monsters and not some convoluted human story mixed in.
Godzilla could bring kong, Rodan, maybe mothra but not really, maybe monarch could nuke Godzilla for a power boost and the others would fight the titan armies while Godzilla focuses on the founding titan
I find it interesting that the titans in AOT are seen as this big threat that cannot be easily stopped and The Rumbling as something out of humanity's worst nightmare. But when compared to Godzilla and the rest of the Monsterverse, they don't seem that scary anymore. Now I'm wondering how Pacific Rim Jaegers will fare against The Rumbling.
Yall are disrespecting the founding titans power... He can create an INFINITE amount of colossal titans out of thin air with no limitations. He can create an infinite amount of armored titans EVEN BIGGER than godzilla. Eren doesn't because a) he doesn't want to kill his friends, and b) because he doesn't need to.
@@nootnoot7088 An INFINITE AMOUNT! He also doesn't need to be near godzilla. He can do it from across the world. Godzilla will not be able to beat a never ending amount of gigantic titans.
@@joe-tatothepotatobiden47 To be honest, I've never read the manga so I never knew that Eren could even do that lmao so I guess you may have a point. But then again, it's also possible for Godzilla to summon all the other Monsterverse titans as this video pointed out, so they could keep the infinite amount of titans distracted as Godzilla searches for Eren.
@@Theboredgodhonestly Ghidorah would kill Eren a hell of alot more brutally. At least Godzilla kills him instantly with a 1 shot to the head with his atomic breathe. Ghidorah on the hand uses his lightning ability, which would mean Eren would feel his enter body be electrocuted before he even comes close to dying. In short, Godzilla would give him mercy, but Ghidorah would make him suffer a little bit before he dies.
Remember, Gojira's canon weakness is either the oxygen destroyer, or electricity. Neither are in Eren's or any titan's abilities. His atomic breath also destroys things on a molecular level and he's a walking nuclear reactor. On that alone, the answers are quite obvious.
@@darknessrises948 even if they did who's using it ? the humans seeing something fighting against whats coming, they're just gonna watch. Even the main characters in AOT would quickly back off seeing something even bigger than the colossal titans is doing the fighting for them and not against them. They wouldn't engage Godzilla afterwards either as he just goes back to minding his business like he always does.
Tired of explaining this to people so all I'm gonna say is: if you paid close attention to Eren and Ymir's abilities, you would know that he is basically immortal unless he chooses to die. (like he did in the anime)
@@JacksonBartlett-y7d So as I understand it (and I've seen the entire anime through once so far) Eren is effectively stuck in a time loop starting from the moment he wakes up under the tree in episode one and ending with his death in the final episode correct?
Let's not forget Godzillas atomic pulse. The weapon he used to kill Ghidora. It has a very big range about half the size of Detroit city. It melts steel in an instant. If he uses that he would be able to just melt the crap out of the founding titan and his spikes as well as any colossal titans he summons to protect himself. Godzilla can't lose here.
One thing Legendary Godzilla has going for him over many of the other versions, is his adaptability extends beyond physical. He's emotionally and mentally adaptable in a way many other incarnations are not. He may not have the rapid evolution ability of Shin, but his mental prowess makes up for it and then some.
The titans have numbers, but i think that’s where it stops. You’re hard pressed against a reptile that doubles them in size, atomic fire breath, and anger management issues with everyone not him. Once he figures out there is an alpha and it wasn’t in a position to fight, it’s kinda curtains
Sweep the atomic breath at head level from one side of the advancing wall of titans to the other. Whole army gone. Or just lift his legs a little higher than normal and step on them head first. Eren is something he could take out miles away at leisure. All of this becomes more and more likely if we aren't using Legendary, as most other Godzilla's are far less "realistic" in behaviors. Thus silly tactics become more likely.
@@smugreptile6695Using any other, less realistic versions would open the possibility for Godzilla to break the laws of physics, drop kick his way through the army of titans to reach and kill the founding titan, and then jump for joy at his victorious defeat of yet another monster, so I'd say that checks out
@@smugreptile6695 Eren doesn't need to be anywhere near the Founding Titan, and he could probably win pretty easily. He had plenty of abilities that could have ended the world much faster but he held back because he didn't want to kill his friends.
@@MarvinT0606 If you paid attention to the anime (assuming you've watched it), Eren doesn't need to be anywhere near the Founding Titan to control it and he was also holding back in the anime. Eren could probably win pretty easily if he wanted to. Even if Godzilla doesn't get killed by Eren, Eren wouldn't get killed by Godzilla. Because Ymir was helping Eren and keeping him alive, as long as Eren has the will to live, he will live. (As long as Ymir lets him live past 13 years of having titan shifter abilities).

Something to note is that Godzilla's atomic breath in Shin Godzilla was enough to make Tokyo unliveable for 60+ years, and in King of the Monsters it had nuclear heat great enough to burn Ghidorah to death after taking a nuke to the face. That much radiation and heat would melt the collosal titans.
Honestly the problem for the rumbling is the titans are so fragile they break their bones punching the ground and stuff and their hardening while strong is shown to be breakable by small explosives meanwhile Godzilla can tank the force of an dinosaur extinction Astroid landing on top of him and he’s so heavy compared to them that they wouldn’t be able to hold him back in any way
If I remember correctly, I believe it was said that the titans' bones were hollow which might explain why they're so fragile. Basically like bird bones
@@davidgomez-perea3711 It's not just their bones. Titans are huge and certainly durable, but their tissue as a whole is about as dense as congealed smoke. Probably a way to justify them emerging from thin air, then evaporating into the same.

Goji is in a really special place with people. People love him and his fanbase is actually a lot less toxic than most; everyone is just on board with him solo’ing most kaiju situations he is in, lol.
Goji is the O.G. He's the codifier of the Giant Monster concept. But more than that, he's a living embodiment of the day humanity realized that we had unleashed a power beyond all defenses and beyond all restraint, even beyond the very real risk of our own extinction. He's that theshold, as given a face and a name by the people who suffered that atomic hellfire first-hand. Godzilla/Gojira is the collective incarnation of humanity's most real and destructive impulses. The only way a monster truly defeats Goji is because someone purposefully decided "I'm going to make a monster that's even bigger and badder". And the problem with that is that any such creation lacks the meaning, the soul-felt implications of what Goji is, and so, it ends up lacking the same psychological staying power. And because Goji is a monster born of human's instincts of war, he also carries aspects of the human ingenuity for war. He's not just a beast. He's a thinker. He's a problem solver. He represents we, ourselves, at our best and at our worst, equally likely to doom or save the world. And when he's faced with something bigger than him, being tenacious, and clever, and enraged enough to win regardless is... kind of his thing. Most late-era Godzilla monsters were specifically designed around that concept. Gidorah, Destroyah, Space Godzilla, Biolante... Godzilla is usually given bigger foes, because we already know that what he represents is a primal anger that mere narrative cannot stand against. And his fans know he doesn't have to be the best. He doesn't have to be perfect. Because what he represents is as innate to each of us; that moment of breaking point, when we're willing to break our own arms to deliver a blow of cathartic justice, that moment when we can damn the torpedoes and engage the ramming speed. Goji is the primordial expression of the will to win at any cost. He is... the Nuclear Option.
@Choalith Ikanthe Not quite the OG. Kong been around since the 30's. But Godzilla is easily the most influential having had consistent content created over the years since 1954.
Any fandom can expect to have one or two places of discourse that are isolated and insular. It doesn't matter what the fandom is. The real measure of it is how much this attitude displays itself, "in the wild", as it were. How much those who respect and love a franchise, in regular, are able to communicate gracefully and politely. This was even a rather pointed measure in the last few years comparing... what was it... Animal Crossing against Doom Eternal? Some communities, by the demographics they attract and paradigms they play to, will naturally foster an immature attitude. Goji's fans, however, are a far wider and more diverse sect than I think you give them credit for, and there are a great many of them that, while willing to defend a beloved cultural icon, can do so without being toxic or unreasonable. Unless you're part of that segment of the Internet that has decided those not agreeing with you, by virtue of disagreement, are somehow being toxic. If that's the case, I would have some concerns about self-awareness. Disagreement and debate do not automatically make people hostile, nor enemies, nor unable to enjoy things together. Refinement and exploration comes from a place of questioning and probing. True appreciation for any art comes from when it is challenged and defended, as in the process of both sides, something's meanings and virtues are given a chance to be voices by those with a myriad of perspectives, opening up new understandings or realizations to all parties present. That's the nature of entertainment, going back thousands of years. I am sorry if you've had a genuinely bad experience with a community somewhere, but you may wish to consider whether they were indeed being Toxic, or if it was merely a heated debate that somehow became personal for you, and then assess if you wish to judge all by such anecdotal experiences.
The second I saw the "Founder Titan", I knew that it didn't matter how big that thing was...The placement of it's head was still a ridiculously easy target for Godzilla's Atomic Blast. It was like when a Videogame Boss has a flashing red area on it's body indicating where you are suppose to hit it.

Honestly the idea of Godzilla and Earth’s kaiju rallying against the rumbling could make for a great “Destroy All Monsters” or “Final Wars”-esque story. Since the kaiju in the Legendary Monsterverse are also called Titans, I think it would be appropriate for the story to be called “Destroy All Titans,” with Godzilla and Kong leading the Earth Defenders’ charge against the Rumbling.
He is the alpha titans, if what he does isn't working he will switch tactics, remember after he got knock down by Kong charged axe he switch to crawling tactic which give him fast movement, and that position will make all Kong attack useless even with the axe, the only way to counter attack that is surprise attack which prove that Kong is also super intelligence when it comes to battle but still it is useless, and don't forget in the battle against Kong Godzilla isn't serious, is not his goal to kill Kong but to let Kong understand the law of titans
His million yrs old, he might've actually participated in the great titan war during the ancient times so he has his fare share of titan killing experience.
Actually it would be even easier. All Godzilla would have to do is move his head from one side to the other. It doesn't matter how spaced apart they are because they would be about the same height. Because even small angles translates to wide areas given the ludicrous range of the Atomic Breath. Godzilla can basically wipe everything to the horizon from east to west. Also that feat of reaching the Hollow Earth only took half his energy, and he wouldn't need nearly that much to reach the horizon. All he would need to do after that is either wait, or leisurely walk forward. So he would still have plenty left in the tank when he finally reaches the Founding Titan. Godzilla can totally wipe the entire rumbling army with ease.
Yea pretty much what I thought, they really tried to nurf Godzilla just to give AOT a chance, because let's be honest, Godzilla would not waste even half his energy shooting through the titans, considering the fact that he drilled towards the center of the earth in minutes and than still fought Kong using more of his atomic breathe, and used it earlier in the movie too and still fought Mecha G using what little energy he had left, I would say it's not even a struggle.
The titans might be the same height, but with their amount they are unlikely to fit into one flat area. So that strategy will be limited by the flatness of the terrain.
Thank you lol when they talked about the atomic breath that was my first thought. Homeboy Godzilla ain’t about to just point in a straight line when he can just sweep side to side and take out thousands easily

I love this channel so much, where else could I find such a crazy premise explored so seriously and with this production quality I'd love more wild "godzilla vs anime" scenarios like this And that final part left me wanting a movie where somehow Godzilla got to summon all the kaiju in the monsterverse to face a bigger threat together
I expect that Big G would likely summon the other titans to hold the Colossal's at bay, while he went to deal with the source of the threat. Goji doesn't strike me as the type to let wanton destruction go unimpeded when he could do something to stop or at least delay it.
I'd like to see this done with Godzilla Minus One. A much smaller version of Godzilla, but one of his most aggressive incarnations yet and his breath weapon sets off nuclear explosions.
I imagine the same outcome just takes a bit longer because size, no alpha sense and the fact he would wanna fuck everything up more than just getting the job done.

actually in my opinion, it would most likely be as easy for him to clear all the titans with his atomic breath, with a sweeping like motion. the horizon of the planet is def not 2500km and he would most likely just do a massive sweep across their faces like what shin godzilla did to the buildings of tokyo. not to mention after using his atomic breath on the hollow earth he still had enough energy to spam it against kong lol.
The closest thing the MonsterVerse ever had to a "Rumbling" scenario would be when Ghidorah took control of the other Titans in the King of the Monsters movie. Also, considering Godzilla's status as an Alpha, wouldn't he also call upon other Titans such as Behemoth, Methuselah, Rodan, and Mothra (she did lay an egg prior to her disintegration in KotM, so it's entirely possible that she'd come back) to provide support? We're not just looking at a Godzilla VS The Rumbling, we're potentially looking at an all-out Titan War between Godzilla's side and the Founding Titan's side which is pretty balls-to-the-wall awesome. Godzilla definitely has the upper Hand in Battle, especially because all the collossal titans from the rumbling don´t have any intelligence, they just move forward and destroy everything they walk over. But what would be more interesting is, how far the rumbling comes and how much they can destroy, before they are stopped.
Not far enough since g-man would notice the second eren activates the rumbling, he would rush the source of disturbance, see the collosal titans and be like "right, bet" and summon his own army to fold them
This same video but with Ghidorah would be interesting as his powers alone were capable of rivalling Godzilla before his thermonuclear detonation. Wings and three heads would also make for a unique faceoff. Maybe I'm getting off track. Point is, I just think it'd make for a neat spectacle to watch these Collosal Titans get trampled by REAL Titans
@@justarandomhomosapienhere7169 I think it makes sense for Goji to call backup not because he needs it to survive, but to make sure the titans don’t advance further and cause more destruction while he seeks out the founding titan. The other Kaiju would hold off the horde with ease while he chased down Eren.
@@andrewcrowley6331 you're acting like killing Eren would take a while... literally any kaiju would one shot him considering that all it took for his head to come off was something powerful enough to destroy a tiny plane. Also...what destruction, again? I'm assuming this whole scenario takes place in the modern world, and if that's the case, we'll have no trouble taking the Titans down. Weaker ones can be pierced with muskets. Our ordinary rifles would obliterate these things with hilarious ease. Hillbillies in pickup trucks would solo the pure titans by themselves. Anything short of the absolute strongest titans can be mutilated by colonial cannons, so most abnormals and shifters could probably be handled with anything large enough to be mounted nowadays. A bit much for the hillbillies, but even a police force could take them out with some preparation (re: literally just ordering one). Now the armored, warhammer, colossal and founding titans are more resistant to cannons, but even the biggest and baddest of them was decapitated by a bomb designed for a single plane. The military in whole wouldn't even need to deploy…a single drone could take all of them out in one flight.
An added item. As King of the monsters, Godzilla could call in others to assist. Just imagine Rodan or coming in to clear a path with it's a attack, or the monsters Typhoon, Tiamat, and Behemoth joining in. Some could argue they would not join in as this is a new alpha battle. But Rodan and Mothra took sides quite easily. And as their current king as they did bow down to him, and they have been helping heal the Earth, I think it likely they would also feel this disturbance and rush to their Kings aid. So even if the Titan tried to protect it's head, there would be plenty of attacks leading to eventual defeat.
I just can’t stop coming back to these videos because they are so entertaining. Goji center, I have to thank you for this wonderful content I keep coming back to every day.
A god of destruction vs an emo giant skeleton dude, Godzilla takes the cake without a sweat. Eren, and all of the Titan shifters, would barely be a snack for the primordial king.
and with the Kaiju's special radiation, the damage from the rumbling can be restored! if you think about it that was basically Emma Russles plan with Ghidorah in KOTM(minus the healing world bit), Big G has faced this before.
That moment when you skip the sponsored section not just to get back to the good stuff but because you have ~2000 hours in the game they're advertising 😆 Edit: 10:15 Legendary Godzilla has never been shown to "run out of energy" after using his atomic breath. You're thinking of Shin Godzilla.
I read an entire detailed essay on this on reddit and it was very promising and had a lot of backup facts and details so yeah I believe godzilla can indeed win the rumbling but not without mothra's help Also fun fact the colossal titans are actually called wall titans due to the colossal Titan is its own special type of Titan and is actually taller than the wall titans
The Wall Titans are actually apparently the same thing as Colossal Titans, and they even have the same height as them. The reason that the colossal Titan in the beginning of the series could look over the walls and was taller than them is because the Colossal Titans inside the walls have their feet arched into the ground.
this debate stems from whether godzilla can STOP the rumbling. if it were just godzilla and an eren yeager hellbent on killing the gman, godzilla will stomp but this debate is about if he can stop the rumbling before too much damage is done

I don't think electricity is a weakness per se, just when it comes to Ghidorah from the sheer fire power.

If he uses that he would be able to just melt the crap out of the founding titan and his spikes as well as any colossal titans he summons to protect himself. Godzilla can't lose here.

One thing Legendary Godzilla has going for him over many of the other versions, is his adaptability extends beyond physical.
"Is that the su-" -Eren Yeager, last thoughts before being obliterated by Legendary's Atomic Breath
@@smugreptile6695Using any other, less realistic versions would open the possibility for Godzilla to break the laws of physics, drop kick his way through the army of titans to reach and kill the founding titan, and then jump for joy at his victorious defeat of yet another monster, so I'd say that checks out

Because Ymir was helping Eren and keeping him alive, as long as Eren has the will to live, he will live. (As long as Ymir lets him live past 13 years of having titan shifter abilities).

Goji is in a really special place with people. People love him and his fanbase is actually a lot less toxic than most; everyone is just on board with him solo’ing most kaiju situations he is in, lol.
Yea also they don’t gatekeep Godzilla like other series do with their shows, or at least that’s how I see it
Goji is the O.G.
Less toxic? The Godzilla fanbase is one of the absolute worst tokusatsu/kaiju fanbases, if not the worst.

I’m assuming the answer is yes
Considering how the atomic pulse is shown to consistently be stronger than even his atomic breath, I'd say it's a safe bet.
Answer is yes but he would have to have the strength to do it. He can't just pop it at will like his Atomic breath. But if necessary, yeah. Will still work. Not like they are going to all go to the bottom of the ocean and interrupt him.
Assuming Monsterverse Godzilla, that's hard to say. He didn't gain the atomic pulse until he absorbed Mothra's energy, but that doesn't necessarily mean he couldn't pull it from his own energy if he had to.
Having said that, I don't think he'd need to in the first place. The atomic breath itself can be swept and sustained over a wide area, and would probably cut down the swarm before it got close enough to... lightly pound on his hide.

Watching Godzilla obliterate them all with his atomic breath would be sick
@@justarandomhomosapienhere7169 I think it makes sense for Goji to call backup not because he needs it to survive, but to make sure the titans don’t advance further and cause more destruction while he seeks out the founding titan.
Godzilla: "You have chosen to defy peace then you have chosen war with a god"

The Wall Titans are actually apparently the same thing as Colossal Titans, and they even have the same height as them. The reason that the colossal Titan in the beginning of the series could look over the walls and was taller than them is because the Colossal Titans inside the walls have their feet arched into the ground.
