The GMT hand should ONLY line up with the hour marker when the minute hand is at the 12 o'clock position.... Your video demo showed the minute hand just past the 30 minute mark - so the GMT hand "bounced" back when you closed the crown.

So is my video wrong or is it not supposed to do that?
I can tell you categorically that the GMT function doesn’t tell me the correct time.
