Its object based, but you cant have any shared materials on items or they will share also. Most modelling software you will have to assign materials before export.

Hii were your 3 models doqnloaded from sketchup? Or gotten from cg trader or other? Everytime i download assets from sketchup they have bad quality

I don't think we need Photoshop for all Vray/Corona renderings. But I noticed all Lumion renderings need post production...
