30/hr is insanely good for pepsi. Pepsi in Pennsauken, NJ payed $0.35 + $69 per day. Abysmal pay and employee turnover was awful. One week I worked 60 hours and only got 900 after taxes. But realistically I’m thinking retirement won’t come til 58 since I have an 11 year old daughter that I think is going to college. I believe Pepsi drivers are also teamsters like us UPS workers.
@@Kalirasta41510 you know lack of sleep can cause high blood pressure, right?!? You have to change your routine asap
@@TruckherDrilla yeah, definitely. I do get hella sleep on the road cause that’s all there is to do. It’s just the weekends when I get back where it gets messed up. Crazy to think I get better rest on the road than at home.
Haha yeah you’re probably used to the sleeper sleeping now 😂 but I really hope you buckle down and tackle this!
Currently a dockworker but I’ve been thinking about getting my cdl
@@Zombiekiller000x go for it 🙌
Sheesh! Kuddos to you Drilla! you're blessed you got to skip the Mega Carrier life and BS Pay Lol! I got out of it after 3 months thankfully got another much better job trucking netting about 1500-1700 a week too ;D feels good that 1.4K+ a week keep it up!
Not necessarily. Made .41 cents per mile at my first company lol. But most definitely 🙌 😁
@@TruckherDrilla ohh lol thought you went from CDL graduate straight to Pepsi
@@AdrianRomeroJr nah, check out my videos 😂
Congratulations on your success with PepsiCo. That is a great company and in my opinion much better than Coca-Cola and Canada dry.
I am a former retail manager, and I worked very closely with all of those companies. I feel PepsiCo offers far better pay and benefits, as well as other perks.
That was wonderful praying for the gentleman who did not pass his DOT physical. The Lord created us to accomplish great things with his power.
Great things come to those who help others.
God bless you. I will keep you and your family in my prayers.

Move at your own pace! Don’t worry about your age. Just keep that energy once you get it to motivate you. Elevate & don’t go backwards 😁
I’m in the same boat with you bro, I’m 27 about to start my cdl classes in a couple weeks, thankfully amazon pays for the classes so that will help
@@alanrod_2159 how do you get them to pay for your cdl
I don’t work OT but average 6 hours a day and get paid for the full eight.
I live 5 minutes from the warehouse……..no weekends.
Make less than regional but home time is worth it.
Nice 🙌 gotta have that work-life balance
it's been a month already. How is everything?

I currently just got a Otr job but I really want something local. I just applied with Pepsi. Hope they come through
Good luck! 🍀 😊
I do touch freight, but I'm in the hazmat waste line of business.
Never heard of it 🤔 share more!!
Congrats keep pushing
Thank you 🙏
It all depends where you live.. around 1500 a week isnt too bad in the midwest or the south. At least where I am from (CA) ill be really worried if i am making that much, rent averages around 2700 a month. And yes I agree you are still learning the industry, trucking isnt only freight and there are a ton of other jobs that come with trucking just think outside the box and dont focus only in freight, some jobs are paying over 120k a year net. And I wish my days where 10 hours.😢
@@Jmorasandoval yep yep 👍
Your doing a lot better then if you would have stayed with Total transportation lol I run my but off for 900 a week and I been running for 6 months I been watching your videos ever since I went into orientation. That’s damn good money. 💯

If you work consistently you bring in $6,236/mo or just under $75,000/yr, that’s not bad at all, 6years ago I used to drive for a local produce company, a lot of overtime, made good money & the routes kept me fit.
Those who get it, get it 😎 🙌🏽 💯
Hello Drilla If you start as a Pepsi Merchandiser, can you transition to become a driver, and does Pepsi offer the opportunity to become a CDL driver?
Hi, yes
Did you get your cdl for Pepsi or did you have it for another job. Keep up the good work😊
My whole journey is on my channel 😁
I had an interview for Pepsi, after the interview, they let me do the stacking test which is 5mins to finish, I finish in 3mins… I hope I get the job

Hey good info...I worked for coke in the mid 90's..pepsi and coke are the best 2 beverage companies to work for..I live in jville fl..if you can survive that 1st summer as a beverage driver you got it beat..
@@KE-vm1tp most definitely 🙌🏽 thanks for supporting
30/hr is insanely good for pepsi. Pepsi in Pennsauken, NJ payed $0.35 + $69 per day. Abysmal pay and employee turnover was awful. One week I worked 60 hours and only got 900 after taxes. I had to quit and I now work for Estes making 30/hr. I will never work commission ever again. The warehouse workers made more than us and all they had to do was drive a forklift.
Oh wow 😮
Sounds like it was an independent bottler rather than PepsiCo.
So how much is ur payrate?...
On average how many miles do you drive in a day and how much of it is Town/City driving or do you drive more Freeway/Highway ?
@@sev812 it’s all depends lol. Idek
That’s basically what I make in a month NET driving for Core Mark.
Cool 😁
Hard work but fair enough pay sounds like 💪

That’s the fucking truth. Is we need money, we need to work hard. That’s it.

I have an interview in Maryland this Wednesday, are they strict about people backgrounds?
@Blkmamba757 I’m not sure. My background is clear so I didn’t have any issues etc

I would like to drive for Pepsi, but I am worried I am not physically capable for the job. I'm only 5' 4" and very skinny men, I feel like I need to build some serious muscle for this work.
