Completely agree that this is Tyler’s best era. The transition he’s made as an artist has been fucking glorious to see. He’s always clearly had a talent for making music but, the maturity he’s shown along with the development of his skills as a producer, rapper, and songwriter are so evident on this album. I'm sure for hardcore Tyler fans they might consider all of his albums to be classics but for me these last 3 albums have put him on an iconic tier as a musician where before I thought he was more iconic because of his style and personality.
I know Igor and Flowerboy are loved by everyone, and I LOVE those albums, but i just love this one so much, it’s easily my favorite body of work he’s ever put out. Just my opinion of course. Props to Tyler fr for putting this amazing album out
I straight up got my heart broke an hour before the album came out and when I heard SWEET/I THOUGHT YOU WANTED TO DANCE and WILSHIRE I was a lil scared of how similar my situation was. My man Tyler always knows exactly what kind of songs I need

@@user-du3yr8ld7i that maybe true but I never thought Tyler was capable of something this good because all I saw was his Funk Freestyle and that was it. When I listened to the album it showed a complete difference
For real, this album was like a Wes Anderson movie. Like, the way the samples are used and the way the subject matter flows through the tracks is almost like watching a really funny love story that takes place in like, the 70s', of a famous celebrity who has got everything; money, fame, luxury, and is just living a life of unbridled opulence, but then falls desperately in love with someone. But because he's famous, he has to travel the world and leave that someone behind, and unfortunately, can't get with that person and it just kills them inside.
@@docvince1491 yea the resemblance is there, i would’ve thought the same too. this is what tyler had to say on Twitter “not at all actually, old passport and travel cards from early 1900s. but they do mimic each other because most ID have the same shape in design. this is most peoples reference point for an ID on a rap album so of course this gets brought up. raw hide is a 10”

WUSYANAME finna be the EARFQUAKE to this album
Yup
I’ve been listening to Tyler since late 2011 early 2012 and I personally think he’s easily had one of the best personal and musical growths our generation has witnessed
Crazy he didn’t realize Frank talking at the end of lemon head cuz he was hating hard

Tyler has evolved into a true musical genius, this album needs to get it's accolades👑
Uzi on a gangster grillz project. Life sure is funny ain’t it
I'm sure for hardcore Tyler fans they might consider all of his albums to be classics but for me these last 3 albums have put him on an iconic tier as a musician where before I thought he was more iconic because of his style and personality.
The Sir Baudelaire beat is from Westside Gunn's "Michael Irvin"
westside gunn used that beat better
@@Duantee correct
That’s why it sounds familiar!!!! I had a feeling Westside used it cause he’s always on those types of beats
Did Tyler produce the Original? He makes a point to always say "Produced and arranged by" so I'm curious.

I know Igor and Flowerboy are loved by everyone, and I LOVE those albums, but i just love this one so much, it’s easily my favorite body of work he’s ever put out. Just my opinion of course. Props to Tyler fr for putting this amazing album out
Bruh ur fuckin trippin.....how is this album your favorite from him???? Flower boy should be everyone's favorite tyler album
I straight up got my heart broke an hour before the album came out and when I heard SWEET/I THOUGHT YOU WANTED TO DANCE and WILSHIRE I was a lil scared of how similar my situation was. My man Tyler always knows exactly what kind of songs I need

tyler really gets EVERYONE to do they best shit on his albums bro.
