      The avocado purée works well. I like to add some spinach always when I make something green. It helps to keep it green!

    Hi! Great video! I made the mousse twice , but both times it got like a little bit of a split texture… actually it only looks like that, but it wasn’t really split. What do you think I could have done wrong?

      I’m happy to hear you tried out the recipe! There might be a problem with the italian meringue, it could be overwhipped or the syrup was too hot. My instructions were not very good for the italian meringue so I recommend you to check out a few better tutorials on TH-cam. Some coconut cream products can be a little bit strange and the recipe might need some adjustment (amount of cream versus whipped cream and meringue)

    do avocado lime puree taste good with coconut and chocolate? i am curious

      Avocado in this recipe is used mostly for the nice texture and consistency, with strong flavours it is hard to tell sometimes that it is avocado, it tastes more of lime and lime works wonderfully with coconut.

    How long should I freeze and how long to defrost?

      Safest option is to freeze overnight but generally 2-4 hours is good if the freezer isn't packed. Defrosting takes around 30 minutes. You can test it with a stick. It is nice when it is still a bit frozen, too 🙂
