- The Metropolitan Opera (@metopera ) located in NYC’s Lincoln Center, is the largest classical music organization in North America. We went behind the scenes as the theater prepared for its debut performance of “Die Zauberflöte” or “The Magic Flute” with Kathryn Lewek, who stars as The Queen of The Night. We also checked in with the Head of Automation Alex Panek to learn all about the high-tech stage used in the show.

I've heard her sing this live at the MET in the Julie Taymor production. She brought down the house, deservedly. I'm hearing her again in June. I can't wait! And Lawrence Brownlee, too!
