Old Econolite Traffic Lights & Dual Countdown Pedestrian Lights (College Ave & Del Cerro Blvd)

UPDATE: In the summer of 2024, the small 8 8 8 traffic light you see in this video right above the pedestrian signal has been replaced with a bigger 12 12 12 traffic light like the other ones you see.
These traffic signals have been here for a long time and have had lots of upgrades. The recent upgrade was all the pedestrian signals changed to LED countdown in 2018. I'm disappointed I didn't come here sooner because I planned on getting the previous pedestrian signals that were here. The one closest to me was a neon ped signal and the furthest one was an LED ped signal.

All 20 red lights are LED
The yellow lights have 4 LED's and 18 incandescents
The green lights have 22 LED's and 2 incandescents
All 8 pedestrian signals are LED countdown
