Also bring plenty of rope and food. Or just don't risk it at all.

These chicks… my building is 300 ft tall with 24 floors.. Ain’t no way they scaled that rusty tower 6x as tall with bare hands, 1 phone, no water, no snacks and wearing chucks. 💀
Absolutely NOT.
Saying it as a rock climber, not all of us are as crazy as these girls. Most of us aren't adrenaline junkies and safety is always the top priority. We just simply have the monkey urge to climb shit.
I usually climb ready-to-climb routes that many people before me have climbed and that have sturdy spikes that I can attach my safety gear to.
These girls wanted to die and I don't feel sorry for either of them 💅
I'd say the moral of this story is to recognize when your friends are fxcking idiots, and then don't be one.

To be fair… if the movie had any sense, the friend would have been the one to survive.

When that ladder started to shake I would have took it as a sign to not do it.
When I saw the tower...or even heard about the tower....that would have been MY sign. 🙅🏼
When that car almost hit them, I would have taken THAT as a sign not to do it 🤣

There were so many signs. Becky's nightmare, nearly being hit by that truck, the actual keep out sign, seeing the vultures eating animals, the ladder wobbling and lastly the ladder losing a rung mid climb.

Did you see the plot twist where Hunter was dead coming? Because I definitely didn’t see it coming but it made so many things make sense. Like why she didn’t catch the backpack and why she wasn’t controlling the drone

i enjoyed this movie and the little plot twist at the end - but really all they had to do was use the drone to lower one of the cell phones down to ground level and get "service" to dial for help. but other than that I loved your reaction and I cannot wait to see more of your channels success.

The level of tension & anxiety I had watching this movie completely blocked my mind from thinking of any solutions, logical or otherwise 😂 However, I’m not someone who would EVER do any kind of activity like this & these 2 girls have clearly been doing things like this enough where they definitely should’ve been able to think clearly…at least within the first hour of being stuck…imo 🤷🏻♂️
And worst case… they could have used the rope to come down like people do on trees.

I think it's great you're researching new recreational activities. I fully support your new thrill seeking nature like sky diving and scaling abandoned structures. You should also look into canyoning, cave diving, ice climbing (you literally climb through a frozen waterfall), or ice diving.

I just got scared thinking about the tower tipping over and falling to the ground. I think I've had a dream like that but it was a sky scraper building I was in.

I always say that I don't have a fear of heights, but a fear of falling from high places. Like I would go to the top of that skyscraper in Chicago, but I wouldn't do that leaning window viewer thing that it has because what if there is some Final Destination faulty wiring, suddenly not so shatterproof glass situation, and we fall to our deaths. No thank you. I'll pass. lol. I hope you v-log a little of your skydiving journey! I'm excited for you.

My uncle used to work on those towers in Texas. He'd take pictures and the view was amazing but scary.
He'd always get all sunburned up there. 😫

At King's Dominion in Virginia, there's a ride called the Intimidator 305. Has a 300 foot drop at 85 degree angle, and reaches speeds of 90 mph, lasting 3 minutes. It's a wild ride, I loved it.

Nick, you managed it! Feeling pleasantly surprised as I was just about to watch your _V/H/S 2_ reaction when this popped up! (I will still try to watch that one later!) Great reaction as usual, especially in editing in such memetic answers to rethorical questions you pose, lol! But the best line has to be: "Like, what do you do other than die?!?" And since you mentioned it off-hand, apparently that B-67 TV Tower would be high almost as two Eiffel Towers!
Apart from glaring flaws as you point them out, I actually quite liked Hunter's character as she never lost hope and was coming up with every possible idea on how to survive. She reminded me a bit of Juno from _The Descent_ . In fact, other things like the premise and plot basics if not details (and even the score at one point!) gave me a feel of a sort of inverted or upward done _The Descent_ (if that makes sense?).

Many climbers actually don't use gloves. Gloves can reduce your grip (sounds weird I know) so in my personal experience, I've seen more climb without gloves than with them. I use gloves 100% though, I have baby hands hahah.

I went skydiving this past December…. You will love it!’ One of my great life experiences. Definitely going again! That being said, you couldn’t pay me enough to get near this tower. There’s stupid, and then there’s STUPID!!🤦♀️
These days I'm not even going to get up on the top rung of a regular ol ladder, but when I was younger I did everything without thinking twice. Healing & recovery takes too long now 🙃
