Test Ride | Intake Boots Removed | KH500 H1 Kawasaki

Still a bit rich around 5,000 rpm. Took a short test ride without the intake boots to lean the mixture. Bike behaved much better on the needles.
So I need to drop the needles, and since I’ll be installing pods, larger 105 mains.

Enjoyed the video. You thought of putting the bike on a rolling road and getting it tuned professionally? Not a good idea to ride the bike on the road without inlet filtration 😮

@@derekb2765 I’ve been tuning since I was a teen lol.
What I’ve found with dynos, is that they are great for tuning for power. But getting that perfect ride ability for the street is still best done on the street or track. I’ve been up to no good which I still haven’t posted up about, need to do an update video lol. Unfortunately works had me super busy with little free time.
