I'm not a biker so why TH-cam recommended this to me, I've no idea. However, this was one of the most fun things I've watched in ages, and I admit that I would love a go on one of these.
I have a non supercharged rocket 3GT and can only imagine what what it's like basically doubling it's power. Absolutely insane! And I also see that it doesn't matter what side of the pond you're on, it makes you giggle and grin like a kid. Great job guys
I was on vacation in britain, and just so happened to be at the Bike Specialists when Chris was on this ride. We heard this monster coming from 3 blocks away.
I'd love to ride that bike out the Bonneville Salt Flats. I rode a 260 rwhp older Rocket 3 at Bonneville in 2023 on a water logged course three times and made it to the 3rd run before it chucked me off. In 2024 I rode a 2021 Rocket 3 out there basically stock except ECU derestriction and we got a record in our class. I expect 340 rwhp on this bi,bike, on the salt might get 180 mph. Traction and aerodynamics are what would hold it back on the salt. The radiator is a huge sail and there isn't any place to hide at speed.
I've ridden the Rocket 3 and it definitely needed more bhp but...Wow...! Dream of such a bike... But over £40k new and £30k second hand.... Very sizable amount of money.
I ride a 2013 cbr 600f. My father rides the Rocket 3 TFC. The ease with which he pulls away from me in any gear and the comfort of him doing it has always fascinated me. Dad- twists the accelerator and he is gone. Me- drops 2 gears, hugs the bike and try to keep up
A mates of mines Dad who stands about 5'0" tall built exactly one of these years and years ago here in Queensland Australia except it was supercharged and intercooled and made 388hp at the back wheel I saw him ride it once when we went for a ride and it was literally smoking the back tyre whilst doing a wheelie it was absolutely nuts...
Great review Chris, not a lot said but load's of laughter, which means it was pretty good in your books. I had been wondering whether the bike Specialist would have one in stock and I'm glad they did just too get your reaction once you rode it: thanks for sharing.
Seems like a dangerous bike. I think one needs a lot of hours on it to tame it. The dangerous part is taking unwillingly to much speed into a corner because the bike is so heavy and harder to slow down for the right corner speed. It absolutely looks like a beast :)
As a lifelong Metallica fan, since they hit the scene in 83,,,, And having owned a 290hp Turbo Blackbird which was superfun.... i do love that comment about putting your ears inside the speakers at a Metallica concert and tell them to, go 4 it😂😂😂😂😂 What an epic comment👌

For those asking about torque… Despite what the factory may claim, the stock bike produces around 150 ft/lb at the wheel. This bike produces 263 ft/lb at the wheel on the same dyno AND produces more torque at 2,500rpm than the stock bike does at peak torque. Let that sink in for a minute. Hence, Chris was right, the gear lever will be kinda superfluous!
