494 emiter current is 200mA. Are u really sure that’s enough for 10 powerful MOSFETS? Lol Pls open a datasheet, pick a calculator and find out how much do u need for a given frequency and a gate capacitance
When people don't understand the basic of PCB design then they design 10KW inverter's PCB like this. I am sure he has designed it to burn wooden blocks during winter.
There is no way this inverter will ever deliver 10 kW, also 10 kW at 12V is huge current (about 800 Amps) and even ten IRF3205 can't handle that, also gate drive is basicly non existant, you rely on 4k7 resistor to pull down mosfet gates to gnd... Mosfets will overheat and destroy themself in a matter of seconds... Its better to make several HF inverters at 1 kW with etd54 cores with higher operating voltage (48V for example) rectified them and connect together at DC bus capacitor. Also for that power you should consider full bridge topology. For example, Eaton 3 kVa UPS use 96V battery pack, and some larger UPSes use even 400V battery pack

I will build it and test it. Looks promissing. Maybe the transistors need some heat sink but 10KW is a lot. 6 KW is awerage for power a normal house so this is very good if it works.

The maximum dissipated power on each pair of IRF3205 is 0.006x105x105=66 Watts. You have 10 stages so 66x10=660 Watts at the best not 10.000 Watts

It wont fry the TL494 because PCB will catch fire first before anything happens to the TL494. I never seen such a poor PCB design in my life.

For Low frequency (50 or 60 Hz) the TL494 can drive all ten Mosfets.
