I wanted to note that the current transformer (CT) is ineffective for direct current. You can use it here, but you have to thread the transistor wires through the magnetic core in opposite directions
Good morning, honorable sir. I've been following you and enjoying your work. I solicit you in the hope that you will help me. Here is my problem: I have followed your instructions so I ask you to explain to me why as soon as I connect a 40w lamp the current consumption rises above 10 amps then what would I say if I connect above 1000w? Thank you in advance. Sincerely
I tried this circuit. But there is severe heating in MOSFETs and 27R resistors. I tested it with a resistive load of 1K, 100Watts resistive load. Could you verify if this circuit is working for you.
Do you have a inverter diagram that mosfet don’t get hot the mosfet getting hot even with the totem pole driver the mosfet heating up at no load the mosfet voltage rate is 2 to 4 volt turning on I use a 15 amp diodes to the transformer because with out the diodes the transformer vibrate and but the mosfet is getting 10 volt at its gate and stills heatings up I try 10 different irf type mosfet and all heat up from this design I want to use a optocoupler but the optocoupler I bought only alow 10 volt to pass from the 20 volt the gates need
Reduce the gate resistance to about 4.7ohm....And also reduce the switching frequency to about 32khz. If it persists then the fault is from the transformer, u have to rewind it to suit the system
@@okpalamichael4162 thank but I’ve learned a lot about engineering from months ago and get really good at it and design some pretty good mosfets drive and spwm driver module and programming it’s like walking in the park now but my issue was not the transformer but the gate rds and switching off was not fast enough to fully pull the gate down to ground for smooth switching and the frequency was in the kHz and when using mosfets for faster switching resistor can’t turn off the mosfet fast enough to stop liner switching so the mosfets generator heat at higher frequency when resistor is being use for switching off at higher frequency because the fact is resistors can’t fully turn off when using kHz only a 1 amp rating bjt pnp can do the job
Your schematic diagram is a one mistake pin 15 and pin16 not feedback pin. it's a current sensing pin, error amplifier over current protector. pin1 and pin2 output over voltages protector, error amplifier. Pin3 feedback pin output voltage adjust pin.Okey redrow your schematic.
Nice diagram, very useful. Good explaination thank you!
You are the boss , big up for good explanation

good explanation of the design, but Is the design tested in real life?

Very good
Excelente trabajo, muchas gracias ,saludos desde Colombia por favor el esquemático
Is the snubber circuit diagram correct?
Shouldn't it be parallel to the mosfet?
great !!!! 👍👍👍👍👍👍
Great circuit.
Tks
Keep them coming, bro
Which software did you use to make the schematic?
VCC +14V Good (+12V few) R6 + НER 102

Is this working for you
@ElectroBUFF Very much informative.but the output is not coming. Can you please share the proteous file.I will be very much thankful to you.
Is it 50Hz ? Where can we download the schematic ?
Hello, nice video ! is it a sinewave suitable for fridges ? thanks
no, it's a modified square wave. it should work, fridges use universal motors, motors don't need a pure sine wave necessarily.
@@ELECTROBUFF Thank you for your answer, i believed new fridges (inverters) needed pure sine wave ?
I wanted to make 1500 Volt DC to 24 Volt DC converter. Can you pls help me with circuit diagram

Please make this circuit and show it...
Sir tell me 1100watt +70/0/-70v power supply circuit
Where can we download the schematic ?
Ee 55 ferrite core transformer ??
hay que acerlo paraber si funciona regálame el es que porfa

ETD 54 transformer. 1200W? Never! Just 😂😂in dreams, he,he. Maybe, just maybe, 200W. For a couple minuts. 🤣🤣😒😒
