Rent an Apartment there for 1-2 years to see if you want to make this your Home or, just a home for up to 6 months per year.
If you decide to buy a Place you can always Rent it out to a Corporate Business or a professional Tenant .
      Have a great Life ….

How is the heating systems in houses?

    • @andreavoros-marky4203

Most of the buildings have central heating. Meaning that the provider will switch on the heating around mid October and switches it off in mid April. Usually you can regulate the temperature on the radiator and pay accordingly.
I some places have gas heating. Meaning that the radiator will be heated by a gas boiler. In this case you pay for the gas used for heating.
      Some has electric heating.
Best to ask the owner. They usually would be able to tell approximately how much to expect for it.

Just checked Hungarian sources. The 95 gas costs ~650 forint/liter, which corresponds to ~$1.8/liter. So, $7 price is probably for a gallon, not a liter.
