My Boss bought us one, it seems like a great little tool ! I'll use it way more than my stud gun, it doesn't burn thru, no nails ! Doesn't penetrate all the way through like a stud gun. Used it once today and very impressed
I just got my self a Vevor Stick welder with the plastic welder two-in-one I have been welding back plastic chairs and all kinds of stuff. It's fun as hell. One of the best christmas gifts i've gotten myself in a long time.😂😂😂 My kids get me Socks. I wanted a welder.😂😂
Excellent piece of equipment Billy! I built mine myself with 3 microwave transformers before I knew this unit was offered at such a good price. Fix 206 has the video with instructions. I bought the attachment kit (with the slide hammer etc). on line. Phillip Hall
I'm curious Billy, what's your method for rust proofing the blind side of patch panel? Thanks for the great content. I'm a 40 yr. mechanic shop owner, me and my buddies dabble in body work on our own rigs to keep them presentable. We are spray bomb body men😂
My cousin got me interested in bodywork when I was 13 telling me about how you could use Bondo to fix dents or build a pyramid on your hood. Who wouldn’t want to build a pyramid on their hood?🤣🤣
It comes with several three-pointed puller tips, and I’ve done quite a bit of pulling with the first point on the first tip, and it seems like it will go a lot longer😉😉
1 tip of those little triangles last ages, difficult to explain as all the jobs are different. Even when they burn back a little a quick hit with a file brings it up good again. WAY better than the pins.
Be careful with Kia, Hyundai and Suzuki as it will blow holes if you don't set the power right. Very easy to stretch those panels by overpulling. I get a lot of these tinfoil cars to work on but I'm stuck in the UK with not much nice stuff to work on.
@@cammy9r its kind of a joke really cars are made from paper thin panels etc to save weight for fuel economy yet the fuel economy is garbage, our old cars could easily get superior economy and low emissions as seen in the Documentary Gashole, weve been using hho for decades to help burn far more fuel before the exhaust valve opens , for decades weve got better economy and power yet we're continually told by know it alls it cant work and that it defys the law of thermodynamics , they have no idea theyre just sheep, i reckon all these decades seeing great inventions that are so cheap n simple yet vanish , OFCOURSE they would , you cant have amazing efficiency it would rob governments of trillions of dollars in taxes and big oil will make sure you stay quiet the easy way or the hard way that happened to my boss , he was selling hho cells in the 90's like crazy.
Hey Billy - I need to pull a fairly good sized dent right at the top of the hatch on a Toyota Sequoia (dang tree shouldn't have been there when I was backing up in the dark) Is there enough adhesion to make what I'd think would be pretty serious pulls? Talking like maybe 1/2", on the curved surface. If so - then I'll use your link. I've already touched your like thingy.
hi im in UK. bought this and it hasnt worked properly since day 1. i had a 13a plug on when i got it, plugged in tried it and blew the house fuse. got myself a 32amp supply and it does the same thing. it will do the first spot sometimes but 99 percent of the time it blows the 32 amp breaker in the house. utter garbage, the ebay seller ghosted me . id AVOID THIS GARBAGE. no after sales, no warranty
Well that's simply not the case. In UK you have 30 days to return it. During this time I tried returning it but 1:41 they sent me numerous messages saying I must be using the wrong cable. When I asked for return address, nothing.......when the 30 days were up they stopped all communications. So I now have £300 of uselessness in my garage. I took the cover off and it looks like the transformer is U/ S. Rubbish Chinese garbage with zero after sales support
I’d like 👍🏻 to meet you some fine day and I promise , in person , I wouldn’t touch your like thingee !!! Ps. MUDDER says hello aka … MELISSAS BEAST !!! ❤❤😅

He is a nice fellow who is always building something good. He also built a frame machine among other things.

I’ll be showing you Fluid Film and Cosmoline in upcoming videos😉😉
@@OldBondoBilly yeah we been using fluid film for about a year now for frame protection, seems to work well. Thanks for the reply.💓👍
1:55 I think I could have a career in auto body. I have a years of experience doing that hand motion right there.
That will make you go blind if you pull on it that much! 😂😂😂😂
@@catman5546 I'll end up blind like Billy.
Who got you started into doing bodywork? I’m curious on how you got started into this..?

is the yellow unit you have the same as the current black unit which is also a g90e?
I don’t know
black is better its the updated unlike the yellow witch is old i have both and black is better
Billy do you get the feeling your shrinking the metal a bit when you spot weld that triangle on? Can you raise small dents without the slide hammer.?
Yes
Billy great job
Is there a consumable that needs to be replaced? How does the price of that compare to the nails?

Your doing, A Grate job of your videos..
Cool tool ... cool video ...
Does it come with something for shrinking metal?
Yes
Do you have to sand the spots down?
Light grinding before bondo😉😉
I just bought the $99 from Harbor freight, hope it works. lol
Sorry, that’s an awful tool😗😗
@OldBondoBilly I make it work not a choice, sometimes you gotta be smarter then what your working with
Billy's got a 🔫 🚓
i wonder would this work on modern cars with their paper thin panels
Yes, just don’t tap-tap-tap as hard😉😉
I’d tap that !!! 😂
