    Just found your channel. I took out our Force 10 and got a black quartz stone piece cut to fit our double induction cooktop. It’s actually very light due to the big hole but matches the Dorian very well

    Any thoughts 2 years later? What size inverter? I love a Ninja Foodie, and considering the same changes on our sailboat. Looks great!

    Just subbed, I’m just catching up but what is your opinion of the multihull over your mono?

      Thanks for subbing! We both love the cat. Absolutely love it. The only thing we preferred on the monohull ( and we LOVED the monohull when we had it) is the fact that it can point higher into the wind. But the comfort underway as well as in day to day life more than make up for it. The cat also sails better/more comfortably at all other points of sail.
