      Peter, it's not actually that easy you are gonna be burning like a ******** after 30 the correct way and i would still say its pretty intense even if u have to do 50
      also you can't really compare a 3 hour jog to 50 kneecrunches 50 kneecrunches takes like 3-4 min?

    Visible ab muscles are definitely appealing. But if someone manages to only have a flat tummy without the clear ab definition, then they are still doing better than the majority of the population. So many overweight people would kill just to have a flat tummy. Having ab definition just takes it to the next level, and people like Scott help us get there. . .

      Saad Altaf you're going too fucking heavy use to get that when I was curling weight that was heavy as fuck. It doesn't happen right away but as you continuously train with heavy ass weight the pain eventually kicks in and you feel it for a significant period of time.

      Saad Altaf go use the ez curl bar, it's specifically not straight to support the wrists and the reason why we feel pain on during a barbell curl is because our wrists aren't naturally completely straight. Look at the way you dumbbell curl, your wrists aren't 100% horizontal the whole movement

    Biggest mistake I did on my first bulk was not training abs. I accumulated all the fat in my midsection, so I thought "why should I train abs when I can't see them anyway?". Then I cut and I started doing abs (because now I'm gonna see them, right?), lost about 13lbs but still didn't have abs. Now I'm on my second bulk, almost training abs daily (using your latest routine/challenge) and the core is staying tight and I'm starting to see some real ab growth. Keep doing these ab videos Scott, you already helped me a lot.

    Best movement to get abs: the PUT-DOWN
    1) Put down the fork
    2) Put down the spoon
    3) Put down the remote
    4) Put down the controller
    5) Put down the dingaling and get to the gym

      OK Right now I have both :D. But mine Abs are definitely not as big as Scott Abs. I love his tips though, I just feel like this guy can really be trusted.

    How do you lower your bodyfat percentage. ? cardio?
