From the detail in the legs I thought it was the Sunfire buck but from pics online he's been shown to be taller than the Vulcan buck and it's not just because of the new torso. I'm thinking this is the new buck they're going to be using for Reaper buck sized characters.
In the books, Hawkeye, Black Knight, Black Widow, and Captain America have used the skycycle. Hasbro needs to make a Century figure for the West Coast Avengers and animated Ironman teams
It's 2023. An archer figure at this price that can't pull off even a basic "archer" pose really shouldn't be a thing. Makes as much sense as a making a Guicksilver fig that couldn't be put in a running pose.
I really prefer the darker colors of the retro card Hawkeye, but obviously, this body mold is better. It's too bad we can't get this in the darker colors.
I really need a Hawkeye for my Avengers but this is just too expensive at $50. I wish it could've been $40 at most. I'll likely end up getting it because that Hawkeye does look pretty good. I do hope this Hawkeye gets rereleased as a single figure for the $25 price. Great video 👍
The game was Captain America and the Avengers! Cap and Hawkeye used the sky-cycles (a along time Hawkeye thing--classic Avengers, Thunderbolts, She-Hulk, etc...) while Vision and Iron Man flew on the flying levels.
I’m still waiting for either ultimate Hawkeye when he had that mask with the red eye lenses or the other 90s Hawkeye design from the Ironman cartoon and comcis the one that doesn’t have that weird cloth piece
Looks worth the price. I like it. The cycle was used in game and was in comics. I kind of wished there was a pre-molded soft plastic tunic. I know it’s is basically just being sat on. I think I would have liked a dynamic sculpt to look great on the cycle. That’s where it will be in my collection. Then again you can just buy a statue as well with the dynamic sculpt. Looks great. I’d also like a Hawkeye head sculpt with a confident smirk. Maybe one day.
I was really excited for this figure at first but something dawned on me: the retro Iron Man with the Proton Cannon costed less and came with more as well as new stuff that can be reused later. Does the sky cycle really cost more to produce than a big gun that looks to be the same size? I get that it's 3 pieces vs the one but can somebody make it make sense? I still have the figure pre-ordered it's just food for thought.
I hate that th ML team can't get it through their thick heads that weapon hands NEED to move the other direction. 90-95% of the time. The truly decent thing would be to include 2 of both horizontal and vertical grip hands but Hasbro is far to cheap for that. The least they can do is include the type that makes more sense.
I think the $30.00 to $35.00 price point would have make sense but overall, Hawkeye still looks good in his classic design and I might get him if there is a clearence sale for him later if not then hopefully they can do a single release somewhere down the line, Awesome review on this classic Hawkeye figure MCUcollector24
An old Avengers video game and the Sky-Cycle was used a lot in the comics by both Cap and Hawkeye The game was Captain America, Iron Man, Hawkeye and Vision
Looks pretty good. It's just the £44 - £50 price tag (in the UK) that's off putting. The boots look like the 80 years Cap't America ones. The Classified Storm Shadow has a hand designed for knocking an arrow. Hawkeye should too.
The ball on the stand looks like the ball on the Fortnite gliders so you can have the cycle elevated a lot higher, and the Fortnite stand is a lot sturdier.
I wash hyped for this but as soon as I saw it in reviews I cancelled my order. Those small and low shoulders ruin 90% of ML figures for me. I'll just pray for a mafex.
I agree that the stand isn't the best. Maybe next time we can get the black knight on his atomic steed. I'm not really in a hurry to get the figs right now. This week I received the Thor/Destroyer, the Black Knight/Sersi and this rider set. That's more than $150. I want to pace myself and give my wallet time to recover.
I guess I'm the only one who likes the stand, as long as you know how to use em. But I agree with the plastic they use, they should've used a much stronger plastic
This looks even cheaper than the Bucky Cap version with that soft good part, ruined the fantastic torso details. They should choose a suit where the loincloth will be different than the pattern of the chest, not even the color of the line is the same on the fabric. Hasbro keep doing amateur factory mistakes, glued cape on Emma, small feet on Hobgoblin, almost zero articulation on Howard the duck, and now soft goods with 3d pattern drawing, even Jada will do that loincloth better. Hasbro is loosing the mojo really fast.
It’s so frustrating. I was so excited for this figure but it’s not good enough for the price point. The actual promo images have him pulling the bow sting and the arrow looks like it’s awkwardly floating or resting between his thumb and index finger. Now the actual product can’t be posed drawing an arrow with his bow? Also I can’t get over how tiny and low his shoulders are and how bland the face looks. They could’ve just done a modified Vulcan body. This should’ve been an easy home run and they just dropped the ball. This does not feel like a $50 collectible and it’s disappointing because Hawkeye was the last figure I needed to complete my Avengers collection.
Sucks they can’t even give us a new freaking quiver. They’re so freakin lazy, even when they try they still have to cut corners. They hardly ever commit fully to anything. Shameful for one of the biggest companies in the world.
it's not Vulcan it's a pinless sunfire
Adoro tus videos, que chido encontrarte por aquí 👍 Esperando el nuevo video

Ay meu Deus D-Prime??? Que haces aquí 🙀🙀🙀🙀

And Living Lightning! And Darkhawk!

is the purple print on the cloth piece uneven on all copies of this figure or just this one?
Zero parts from Vulcan. Sunfire body made pinless.
I really prefer the darker colors of the retro card Hawkeye, but obviously, this body mold is better. It's too bad we can't get this in the darker colors.
I been thinking about just buying some paint at this point and getting good at making them a good color my damn self lol
The game was Captain America And the Avengers. Came out in 1992
And Captain America rode the Sky cycle in the comics too.
I’m planning on making a classic avengers and this would be perfect
The waist swivel and boot swivel were very loose on mine when it arrived from HasbroPulse. Any tips on tightening them up a bit?

He's selling for 33 on Amazon rn

That Hawkeye looks excellent
Are there any alternative stands people would recommend for posing the sky- cycle? 🤔

The game was Captain America, Iron Man, Hawkeye and Vision
The old Marvel MMO Marvel Superheroes also had Hawkeye use the Sky-Cycle
The mcu disney plus Hawkeye that came with the infinity Ultron BAF piece was actually a different quiver
Looks like the Yondu I just got recently. Same boots, similar body except Yondu has butterfly shoulders and I can't tell if Hawkeye does here.
He shows off the butterfly joint in the vid.

I think that stand was used for the Cosmic Ghostrider deluxe figure.
And hobgoblin glider
That's not Vulcan, that looks like Spider-Man 2099 arms and legs pinless, OR they're the arms and legs from the Renew Your Vows spidey.
We really needed some trick arrows here...LAZY
Also swivel waist and torsos are becoming pretty archaic at this point.

Lol. Gotta love the way the details came out offset on that loincloth. Jeez, you'd think in 2023 we'd have been able to figure it out by now.
The 'stand 'is used for treslechai cakes. 😂

I think cosmic ghostrider used that demogoblin stand
How can you have never played Captain America and the Avengers?! You must be young.
37 🤷🏻♂️
The deltoids are smaller than the biceps and triceps which makes his arms look like they have tumors
Thanks for the review.
Nice review and figure 👍.
I know people have said this already but I’m saying it again. This is not the Vulcan body. It’s the Sunfire sculpt. Much worse than Vulcan.
Cool figure
We should of got these legs and arms on the new green goblin
They’ll use this for dark hawkeye

that’s a pinless spider uk body

Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay Overpriced. Great review btw (Y)
I think Aries used one to at one point
