How to fertilize sweet potatoes : Organic and non-organic method

How to fertilize sweet potatoes in your garden. Growing sweet potatoes are super easy and fun. You can plant them in the raised beds, container. planter bag or in a large pot. But many people don't know how to fertilize sweet potatoes in a right way. Before fertilizing your sweet potatoes with high in K fertilizer.
Fertilize your sweet potatoes with high in nitrogen in optimal amount in 15 days after planting. Such as compost metters or organic granular fertilizer. Don't put nitrogen too much for your sweet potatoes. Too much nitrogen, boosts the growth of leaves and branches at the expense of storage roots. That also leads to low yields.
15 days later, fertilize your sweet potatoes with a high in potassium to induce more tubers. Do it once in every month. Stop fertilizing about 3 weeks before they are harvested. Here are fifth methods how to fertilize your sweet potatoes correctly. You can choose either one of them.
Method 1: Non-organic
- Potassium nitrate (KNO₃) fertilizer
- Monopotassium Phosphate Fertilizers (MKP) fertilizer
Method 2: Organic
- Bone Meal fertilizer
Method 3: Non-organic
- Nitrophoska fertilizer
Method 4: Non-organic
-Folicat plantifol fertilizer
Method 5: Non-organic
- Potassium Chloride (KCL)
- Triple Super Phosphate (TSP)
- Urea fertilizer
