    I have watched all this series,Well done it’s one of the best rebuilds on you tube and I will use these episodes to rebuild my KTM 250 SX-F 😊 Brilliant.

    How many gallons is in that tank ?

      This is the original 250sx tank, which has a capacity of approximately 7 liters. I believe that would be 1.85 gallons.

      @@MrDen119 are you able to tell me if the seat bolts are on the side of the seat or under it ? Mines a 16 and my bolt is under the seat but I lost it and I’m trying to find the correct size :( if it’s under are you able to tell me the size of it ;(

      Also I’m taking about the bolt at the back of the seat not the one that hooks onto the gas tank bolt.

      Mine has the 2 bolts on the side. But I’ve had bikes with the bolt underneath the seat and if remember correctly the bolt you need is a M6x25.
