Thanks for the infos. IT field is not a joke. Someone needs to master the material. If you have degree with transferable skills from different fields and with no on the IT FIELD experience you have 20% chances to get a job. With no degree you will struggle to get into this It audit field. PURE TRUTH. Good luck everyone.

Thank you for the informative video. Could you please discuss in further detail the types of testing that are conducted by an IT Auditor.
I am coming from a software background. When I think of testing, I think of Quality Control/Assurance testing.
I don't believe it's the same in this context. Is there a guide or reference on the method of testing for IT Auditor?

Helpful to have and makes you a better applicant, but it’s not necessarily required to get the job. Some companies will pay for you to get it and some will require it when you reach a certain level.
