She has researched a lot of the old roots music and has revived it so we can again listen to it. Look up Wiki to see her achievements. You don't have to like her, but to say she "does a horrible job" is just ridiculous. When I first read your comment I thought you were just stirring - then read a second comment further down. Hence me comment "You must be having a bad day." Pretty simple my friend.
And yes I've seen her live twice (not in the US).

I personally think it is a shame to take a song that is almost 100 years old and totally screw up the tempo, the arrangement and the whole vibe of the some. Maybe if she is as good as everyone seem to think she can come up with some more original music of her own.
