@@highglory14 It is nice that they care about the quality of life in that factory, but the reasons for delocalization are obvious. Just look at how many factories they have in China and other countries where workers are underpaid. And we don't know anything about those factories.
@@leonardocastelletti68 Of course, the living standard of these countries are much lower so the salaries are, compared to the European ones. Among a lot of underpaid workers (and really hard and poor living situations), the presence of Salewa in countries like Bangladesh is important to guarantee a good salary every month, education and right living standards. So the fact that they produce something in these countries doesn't necessary mean that it's bad. As a matter of fact it's not bad at all. Of course I'm talking just for what I've seen, not for every garment factory in Asian countries - we all know the issues. I'm really talking after my own experience, and I'm very much concerned about ethical issues and sustainability, so I wouldn't talk without knowing. It's not even in my interest to talk well about Salewa, but what it is it is. ;)

Ich habe mir in einem Salewa Shop den Schlafsack Salewa Eco -1 gekauft. Nach meiner ersten Nacht im Schlafsack (6h geschlafen) hab ich am Morgen festgestellt, dass eine Naht geplatzt ist. Dadurch haben sich natürlich etliche Federn (Daunenschlafsack) verabschiedet. Hab dann den Schlafsack zurück in den Shop gebracht (9 Tage alt und 1mal benutzt), da wurde mir gesagt, dass man den einschicken müsse und nicht ersetzen kann (hat fast 3 Wochen gedauert). Und als ich den Schlafsack zurückbekam, musste ich feststellen, dass nur ein Flicken draufgenäht wurde, was ich wohl selber auch geschafft hätte und das auch noch schneller.
Fazit: Ich habe jetzt einen neuen, notdürftig geflickten Schlafsack für über 200 Euro.

Wirklich schön zu sehen, dass die salewa auf menschenwürdige Arbeitsbedingungen schaut. Muss aber klar sagen, dass ihr mehr in europa oder auch in italien anfangen könntet einige Sachen zu produzieren. Sicherlich ist der Profit viel weniger, jedoch könntet ihr eine sehr treue kundschaft gewinnen, weil es für den Kunden immer wichtiger wird wie nachhaltig und bei welchen Abreitsbedingingen produziert wird. Aber ansonsten weiter so!

Wie sind die Unterkunfte der Familie die für Salewa arbeiten und die Bezahlung, was nach essen und Unterkunft sowie sonstige Abzügen über bleibt?
Ist bei einer so großen Halle mit den modernen Maschinen die Lärmbelästigung unter den 80 dbA?
Wie lange dürfen die Mitarbeiter in der Woche arbeiten?
