Hey man there is an app that can do almost everything you mentioned and more called defsquid. There are more factors that go into buffering than what you explained like which device you are using. Example if your using a firestick lite you most likely will experience more buffering than if your using a firestick 4k max or a fire tv cube. You also didn't mention to clear out the cache either. Good informative video yet this can all be done with defsquid in one app. You can force stop and clear the cache and run a device cleaner and check your internet speed all in one place. I prefer not to restart my device till after everything is done. That is the last thing I do. That's for sharing your knowledge I know every little bit of info helps people

Great channel! Ok, so I only have buffering when attempting to watch live tv not tv series or movies. I am using a good paid service, have well over 300 mbps for speed, have over a gig left open on the 4k firestick and still buffer. I clear my cache regularly and force stop all apps. Any ideas? Thanks!

If you use that app to close apps do you still need to clear your cache? Which is what I do anyway or just stopping the background apps would be enough?
I have an amazon prime account with 2 profiles for 2 TVs. By closing the APPs on 1 TV (1 profile) does it close it APPs on the 2nd profile? Or do I have to be on the 2nd TV to close the APPs? I hope that is not too confusing. Because it seems since creating a 2nd profile on the 2nd TV, both TVs have buffering now when watching Prime, Netflix etc. Thanks!
Does any one have a good Smarters app to recommend I’ve already done everything recommended and still buffering I’ve seen multiple videos on buffering and nothing helps thanks
Nathan here is a great tip for all you people experiencing buffering. Set you android (network settings) to UDP from TCP, also set your VPN (network settings) to UDP from TCP. UDP has no data handshakes and is much faster than TCP and designed for video data.(streaming) Your buffering issues should be gone after setting both. Don't forget to reboot your android device after setting. Pass this tip on please and hope that helps your buffering problems..
