You’ll have to go to your fire sticks setting, then go to applications , find that app , click on it, then click clear date or delete data, something along those lines Then when you reopen it it should ask again

Hi David. In the developer option i have apps from unknown store which can be turned on and off only. I don't hafe your opinion instal unknown apps. Any help.
If HB player isn’t showing right now, I would just stick to using the Cinema app which doesn’t need it , it’s only Bee TV that needs that to work properly

Are you using a Firestick remote. My universal remote recently stopped letting me type in and when I grabbed the original Firestick remote it worked fine.
Try going to the top left of cinema clicking that button to bring up the side menu, then go to settings, in settings go to general, then the option that says "Choose Default Player" make sure that is set to "Cinema Player (Built-in)"
