Made this again tonight. I added 20 drumlets n followed the recipe. However this time I felt 6 cups was too much water. So I just added enough water to generously cover the chicken n veg with the same 1 cup of coconut milk. Turned out absolutely delicious ! A family favourite ! ❤

Sorry, I missed the description when pouring in hot boiling water. I pour in 6 cups of boiling water to cook the chicken and veggies for 20 minutes.

Is it still hood if no coconut milk?
Without the coconut milk, It will affect the overall flavor of the dish.
