@@jamesphilli8464 Truth! I remember one our landlords when I was growing up lived in a house built in the mid-late 1800's by his great grandad. It was all run down, junky, and didn't even have an indoor toilet. This fella was probably mid 70's at the time(early 2000's). He was one of, if not THE richest/wealthiest man in town. Owned roughly half the town(handed down through a couple generations of course). He was also the nastiest person in town when it came to living conditions and hygiene. He was a good fella, just...dirty. -lol-
This is absolutely gnarly! I grew up poor, extremely poor but I knew to keep the property and house as clean as I could, as a child too. There’s no excuse for being nasty AF
Who uses poverty as an excuse for being dirty? Are you suicidal every day? Does it take everything you have in you just to not blow your head off? Because if you are still a neat freak with that daily struggle I commend you. Otherwise stfu.
You guys are awesome! It’s one thing to fall on hard times but to leave that filth for others to clean is disgusting! Soap & water costs very little. That’s just total laziness!!!
Seeing some of the people you deal with, I feel pretty good about my life! Have you ever left a house and thought your next call should be CPS or the Sheriffs Dept?
My response to them saying “it's full of our stuff”...” tough SH*t!, you can pick it up at the repo yard” Speaks volumes of your character vs. my quick-tempered mouth. “Many hands makes for light work”. Love you y’all!
I would have taken a rake or shovel and dragged all that s$$t out onto the yard. It would still be there years later. You guys have the patience of saints. I can’t imagine being their neighbors.
It’s weird how the people being repoed aren’t even embarrassed, and just walked around in the dog waste inside the shed taking all the smelly stuff they wanted to keep , I’m very humbled by the consideration you had with these people!
that dude looked exactly as I imagined he would when I heard his voice. only thing missing was a set of overalls, but the half open fly made up for it. a cussing hardass on the phone and a polite kitten in person.
To be blessed with a home and land and not appreciate it,, when so many have lost theirs during the pandemic, is just crazy! We went from a three bedroom home to a trailer and our children's college funds are gone, but our yard is nice and tidy and clean. It's not always easy but it gets done! I would give anything to have the space for my five children that we once had...I could turn that repo into a nice looking building with that property? Mainly because I cherish and appreciate what we do have. I wouldn't even need the home. The shed is almost as big as my home. I just don't understand this at all!!! Appreciate what you have and take pride in your area and keep your area clean.
I have seen him help clean out other sheds before, or just the yard so he was able to remove the shed. It amazes me that people that let alone can not take care of themselves get pets. Then let the pets destroy a nice shed like that. I wrote this before seeing the neighbors property, what a difference. Tidy, clean farmyard, I bet they are sorry to look out their windows at the junkyard across the road from them.

@Robert w Elliott Why does it offend you enough to say that when someone mentions God?
They are more ignorant than lazy. They did a lot of work accumulating all that stuff into the trailer. They paid more to rent that trailer than all the junk in it is worth.
That's a gorgeous shed and deserves to be a craft room or a 'granny flat' for guests. I'd be embarrassed to let people see in there.
Your wife is right, you have a ton of patience with the people you deal with and her reaction to the smell said it all. 🤮
The little cow was sooo cute 😊
That's why I like this channel. He makes us better people!
It appears as if Romper Room was struck by some sort of huge explosion...
Being poor is one thing but there's no excuse for being dirty
Right!!
They're beyond dirty. They're trashy.
Trust me I’ve seen this and because people live like doesn’t mean for a minute they are poor
-lol-
They’re lazy and just don’t care.
When people let themselves get into that kind of situation, it's a downward spiral. They have no incentive to improve, they'll only get worse.
Hope you and your wife get one heck of a bonus after dealing with that. Not to mention dealing with the nasty mess inside.
It’s the people that do a good job like Josh that get more assignments and more weekly checks.
His wife was rude
There is no way I would have let them take their stuff when they already a month to do so. Thank God for people like you.
Do you sell hats?
The more they leave the less for the dumpster, I would have left the couch
I would have taken a janitor's broom and just swept that crap outside the door and left it there.
@@FtanmoOfEtheirys 🤣 omg I just left the same comment! Lol.
@@FtanmoOfEtheirys yes!!!!
Wow! I can’t believe how dirty that shed is on the inside! I can’t imagine what the house looks like inside
He is very patient with the people…… a great attitude and such a nice man 💕❤️🥰
Its nice that this guy is always respectful. Now if I had to help clear that shed I would've utilized that flat shovel and the wheelbarrow.
You guys are awesome! It’s one thing to fall on hard times but to leave that filth for others to clean is disgusting! Soap & water costs very little. That’s just total laziness!!!
Exactly.!!!
These building companies finance low life's. I wouldn't put no building on this place. They obviously can't afford it
Their idea of work is kicking their turds out of the bed.
The bank will be lucky if they can sell that shed. The smell will never be removed from the walls and floor.
That wasn’t filth, it’s future flea market items 😂
Why are these financially destitute people always blimps? No money for bills, but plenty of money for Mountain Dew. And cheesecake. SMH.
Well I’m hooked. This could easily be a reality show.
Seeing some of the people you deal with, I feel pretty good about my life! Have you ever left a house and thought your next call should be CPS or the Sheriffs Dept?
Josh, I have to say your one cool guy, being as nice as you were shows just what kind of man you are. God Bless.
Got to love the three lawn toilet ornaments.
Merry Shitmas!
“Hey you!! Get your little nutz outta here!”😂😂😂😂 You made my night with that line.
It’s weird how the people being repoed aren’t even embarrassed, and just walked around in the dog waste inside the shed taking all the smelly stuff they wanted to keep , I’m very humbled by the consideration you had with these people!
That was so kind of you to help them unload their crap that they just HAD to have…. GUARANTEE the stuff is all still in that same pile to this day 😼
😂😂😂😂😅😅😅
1000%
that dude looked exactly as I imagined he would when I heard his voice. only thing missing was a set of overalls, but the half open fly made up for it.
a cussing hardass on the phone and a polite kitten in person.
😂 so true!
So kind to help them clean this mess when they had a month to do it.
"Someone Stoled $25,000 worth of equipment"
Probably someone "repoed" $25,000 worth of equipment 🤔
@@mw8142 fr like common sense 25000 worth of stuff ya look how nasty the shed was plus can you imagine what there house looks inside 🤣 lmao 🤣
My thoughts too 😂
This guy has such a great personality. A real class act. Dealing with this and having a good disposition at the same time is really astonishing. They should be charged a clean-up fee and labor for both of you. God Bless y’all.
WOW. 36’ long did I hear. I like how fast that lady got up out of her wheelchair. I think it’s nice your wife can help out too. You two make a nice team
OMG! I had to take a shower just watching you go in and out of that mess.
I could smell the pots nasty health dept needs to be called and the county
The whole place is trashed but the guy expects you to pay for some tracks in the yard! 😂🤣
Yep, that’s the kinda guy that will probably try to sue for some kind of damage, just to make a buck.
That shed looks filled with others unsold garage sale junk that they bought to resale.
Love that you took wife to show her the hard work everyday that you have to deal with ,thanks man. Happy returns I hope 🙏
Legend had it, that junk will still be sitting in that heap 5years from now when this actually becomes a legend...
Yikes the yard the shed and I can only imagine what the inside of that trailer looks like being poor is sometimes not a choice but being filthy nasty is. I feel sorry for that child I hear in the background
And the one, the fat lady is carrying...
After seeing the piles of dog crap inside that place , are we to believe they would just walk past those to sit on that groddy couch and watch TV????
That smaller machine driver is incredible to watch..😊
I agree with your wife, you were amazingly composed and extremely patient and helpful. You are a good person and respectful to the max. Well done.
Agreed 💯
I can't see why people get mad at you when they failed to pay..Pay cash or don't buy stuff.
Lazy disgusting people like to play the victim, they knew damn well this was gonna happen
They sure had plenty of money for food and cigarettes.
Not even..... Just pay the bill. Nothing wrong with using credit just make your payments
I totally agree with you! He has the patience of Jobe! I would have lost it on those folks! Poor is one thing.. filth is something you can clean up! God bless you both!
Good man! That nasty bunch threw every roadblock they could at you including worthless talking and a dead battery! Your wife was even impressed at your patience!
Some people are just NASTY!! Josh you are a kind human. I would have been so embarrassed.
I never could have imagined there would be enough shed repos to actually make a channel! Crazy!
Give this man a raise. He goes above what he should be doing.
Your politeness in the face of adversity speaks volumes of your upbringing ,your parents and your personal character.Your wife is a gem to,a rare one. Most folks dont respond well to harsh words however you responded with kind words.I doubt they pay you enough but you are worth every penny. It was a challenging repossession and you overcame.May the Lord watch over you and your family.
My thoughts exactly
I tryed to put it into words on my comment but you hit the nail on the head . Such kind people . I doubt that I could overcome the adversity of evilness .
Hi Guys, Grew up in Idaho and have lived in France more than 50 years , I find your use of the English language fantastique, nice and friendly.
Awesome teamwork. That was a disgusting shed, yet you both remained so professional & respectful. You are right, we can choose to live cleaner & better than living in filth. Another great job by "Shed Happens".. Your rant was well said & so true. My best to you both.
🌻🌻🌻🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲
You are so nice to be helping them get that trash. I think I would have gotten sick.
Wow, you are definitely a standup guy for helping them remove that crap from that shed. To take the time to do that shows your true character! And you jumped the guys truck!!! WOW! 👍🏻
very nice of you to help them clear stuff out, above and beyond!
The most expensive thing in there was the unused broom.
The only thing safe in there was the broom
😂🤣😅
Yard sale stuff?? I see a good bonfire in the making.
You took the words right out of my mouth . Your husband is awesome . He handles all these repo with the patience of an Angel . 😊
Nasty. Didn't know people actually lived at the city dump.
My town dump is more organized and sanitary than that place...
It seemed to be the family way...the whole property was a disaster.
You can't say it was unsanitary like it didn't have toilets or something. Heck, there was three right in front, and only one of them was full.
Hope there were no little children there,, child welfare should be called if that house is anything like the shed,, that deck where that lady sat was dangerous.
Bill gates maybe right…sterilize the poor!!
Yourself and your wife have such patience and behave in such a polite and classy manner. I hope you succeed in whatever you do. You're the kind of people one would be lucky to have as neighbours.
Josh I admire the patience you have dealing with disrespectful people. I am not sure if i would be that nice when they were warned it had to be emptied and ignored that until last minute
Videos like this make me want to go home and dust my baseboards. It all starts with filthy baseboards!
Next thing you know, you wake up Iinthe morning sniffing dog turds, surrounded by filth
😅
I was thinking exactly the same. Even if someone decided to help them tidy up I’d bet it would be a mess within a year again.
Yep. 😊
Ha ha ha
What a disgusting mess! I would hate to get anything from their yard sale. You have a lot more patience then i would have. I would have just grabbed a shove and sent it right out the door. 👀😒😝
🤭🤭🤭🤭
I think Romper Room was struck by some sort of huge explosion and then stuffed inside that shed
I was taught that you give things better than when you received it. These guys are pigs I haven’t heard a thank you for this guys help. I’m so glad I don’t have them for neighbors; especially with those dogs barking.
Well done kind, Sir.
Dignity and Respect
We can see you, put your motto to work..."stay positive". Sometimes we meet people not at their best. Never a need to place blame, or cast judgement.
A little compassion can go a long way.
Another Job well done, Sir.
....and hey howdy, Mrs Boss lady. 🤠✌️
Hats off to you Sir! you are a master at your craft and have the patience of Jobe!!!
Why anyone would want *anything* that was in that shed with all that dog feces in there is way beyond me. Everything is INFUSED with that toxic noxious stench.🤮🤢 Some people out there are literally lost in life. Crazy.
WOW! What a machine. Even remote control driving. Very handy. And yes, you have way more patience with people than most would, including me. Nice job.
absolutely incredible . It's like being a babysitter for adult children. I couldn't do this job because I would have 0 patience for any of these people. Thanks for the content.
I have watched your videos for over a year now, and I never thought to see where y’all were……To find out you are only 60 or so miles away just made my day. I’m an escort and really miss doing shed moves. The guy I used to work for had a deal with a local shed company, and I really liked to move them. Currently working in the oilfield, and it’s completely different. The way you handle yourself is absolutely amazing! Firm, yet kind. If you are ever looking for a high pole, lead or chase just know you have a connection in Stark county. Would love to check out some of the repos, as after our house fire last year were still tight on storage. Thank you for the good work y’all do, and thanks for sharing it with ALL of us.
Did I hear him say don’t tear up the yard!!???!?!?! He needs, or rather all of them, need to take a good look around……even out in the country you don’t have to live like pigs in a slop-yard……those folks have zero personal pride,it’s obvious……..the audacity kills me. Then he kicks all the debris out into the yard…..l’m so glad you got the shed on the first pull. Your patience and your attitude always amaze me……and I’m sure you don’t get paid enough to put up with the garbage you deal with…….you take care Josh……your wife, too…….so glad you both got out of that mess…….❣️😊❣️😊❣️
I'd be ashamed to let people know that I live that dirty and nasty.
