You sure make a tough job look easy. Common sense, hard work, and experience go a long way. Thanks for showing us that there are people who actually earn a living.
I hope you make fabulous money for thne work you do. You don't just move sheds but are what used to be called "a jack of all trades". I am an 81 year old grandma who is in awe of what you do. Love your videos.
I originally thought Josh was in business for himself - in this video he talks about coworkers. Makes sense he works for a company. The capital involved is incredible. $40K mule, $90K truck, $50K trailer.
Thanks for another awesome video!! That $40K machine is worth every penny and more, it's amazing how effortlessly it moves those sheds like it's nothing lol Stay Safe!
@@f8ofk8 u turn. Three lefts make a right. I used to work at this place, the secretary had to go to the bank and the post office every day. She refused to make left turns, right turns there and back.
The camera from the back of the truck is a great perspective. Good the ground was frozen, if that had been mud it would not have worked. However, this mule is some impressive tool! And your boss again had to notice you can do the job when others cant.👍💪
i cant stop watching these, ive only driven a scissor lift, boom lift n fork lift but that mule n trailer combined is some insanely ergonomic equipment
I think you are very respectful with these folks watching the crap you have to put up with at times. Helping them move out their belongings is probably not on the list of job requirements. I'm glad you have the cameras. Not only does it provide the content, but it's for your protection in case anyone tries to claim injuries, damages, or theft.
You know it may seem like it's so easy to do all of this with the right equipment... BUT. If this man didn't know exactly how to not only retrieve the shed..but all the side issues he must handle and still be cool and calm and be respectful to people and contents of the shed they didn't want to pay for .. 👍👍
I almost want to rent a shed, then instantly quit paying for it, but I will set up a crazy obstacle course!!! Huge ditches, the creek, pack of rabid possums, off camber downhill trails, maybe some whoops, fallen trees, a yellow jacket nest, 10 tons of weights hidden in one wall, a broke down car, “my nekkid sister” and a grind rail!
At the beginning of each repo I’m nervous that there will be crazy people trying to get in your way. I think sometimes the hardest part of a job is dealing with people.
I looked down to see this video was today! I've been catching up for a while, been binge watching your videos. Really like the dual view - truck time-lapse and both sides of the job at once. Always interesting to see how you get these sheds out of such precarious locations. I start to feel bad for those that you Repo, if someone is living there or their kids have a playhouse. Then I remember I pay a mortgage - likely more than a shed costs. If I missed my mortgage payment it could be the same thing. Amazing work - thanks for sharing!
Frozen ground helped you on that one. We have excavators, track loaders, trenches on rubber tracks. Good recovery getting your track back on. It doesn't work like that all the time. Good job.
I must say you work hard!! I mean you go there not knowing what you're facing. Whether it be a gun or a shed full of shit and surrounded by shit and still take the shed. Stay safe!!
They didn't even put down a stone base. Just set it in that wet area. They weren't planning to keep it very long the way the place is junked up. Good job getting it out of there. I hate to think what a mess it would have been come spring.
I think they were sleeping in the camper but when you hollered I'm here to get your Shet, they just scratched there heads and said we don't have a Shet and went back to sleep.
forgot to latch the lid on your Remote box on the Mule, next time your block is stuck hook the bottom with a J hook and jerk the slack outta your chain.. Tip from a former Wrecker operator.. GREAT WORK as Usual

Love the landscaping! Was that going to be an in ground pool, or is this a swamp? Those mules are awesome machines! Who ever invented them was a genius!
Well if it say a 20 foot building with the gerage door on one end and some has a car in it you can't move it with the car in it !! the car would role right through the back wall of the building !! A stationwagon or sedan is 2and 1/4 tons plus of weight !! Plus meny cars are standerd And some automatic transmitions do not have park !! Some automatic tansmitions are pushbutton " no shift lever "! ! But than again if you did not know that you should not be driving !!
Not a winter time job up north ,unless early winter before the snow hits ! You get a foot or more of snow ; you not even getting to the shed/ tiny house ! And that far off the road you be days out there with a snow shuvel clearning enough snow !! Fact is some places get over 2 plus feet of snow at a time ! some places get more than 6 feet of snow in one storm ! best to not try moving anything that wide down the road in a snow storm Or heavy rain storm !
When I see the big square hole they dug and all the concrete blocks layin around it makes me think that they were going to try to build their own septic system. I hope not.
They had enough outdoor rec gear and concrete blocks. Instead of buying all that, they could have been making payments on the shed. That tracked machine with the remote: super!
I live very close to a major zoo and you would not believe the people who get lost at the local park at the backside of the zoo looking for the entrance. I don't trust GPS, give me a compass.
I'm pretty sure the holes dug out so they can take the center blocks and build a sturdy Foundation to put either that shed on or build another building to pair it with I once had a similar idea to buy two of those similar sheds and put them back-to-back and extending the upstairs Loft that most sheds like this have and putting like 2-bedroom Loft upstairs the restroom laundry room and kitchen and one more bedroom on the bottom floor I know that sounds very hillbilly but you can build a decent-sized little cottage just by buying two of those sheds and putting five or $6,000 worth of materials in them to section the rooms out
Take a little tongue weight off of the back of the truck by sliding the shed unit back. You might consider making an adjustable support out of pipe one inside of the other one with a number of holes drilled in them and a pin. You’re a pretty slick operator, I enjoy your videos
Looking at that water filled hole, as it is the same size as the shed and RECTANGULAR, I am thinking there was going to be a foundation placed there over which the 'shed' was going to be moved. If so, it looks like the repo came 'just-in-time'. A little more and repo could be difficult, dicey or impossible.
That's the second one recently where someone looked like they were building a foundation next to the shed. I wonder how they planned to move it over onto the foundation?
Seems like it’s only fair to charge for the removal, and extra for labor to remove debris and/or contents. Of course they can’t or won’t pay. Thus the reason for the repo. However, a lien can be placed on the loan holder that may prevent future credit purchases. That’s some motivation to pay. I assume the cost to the shed retailer is hundreds of dollars for each repo. The bank/lender probably places a lien due to missed payments. Collecting on either lien is unlikely but it does remind people to pay or they will take it away - and charge the expenses back to the delinquent borrower. Hard times can beset anyone. But some of these sheds are purchased by people who know they will not meet financial responsibilities. Some spend on other purchases and simply stop paying on previous purchases like a shed. Repo’s can drag on for many months without payment. I don’t expect so much expense to be absorbed by either the seller or the lender. I hope those expenses are passed on to the person who fails to pay - whether they pay is not the point. The message is, unpaid bills including default costs can follow you for a lifetime.
I’m astounded that the company that own these garages know before hand that the people purchasing these buildings are going to faulter on the repayments yet they still sign them up! The defaulters just don’t realise that once they sign on the dotted line they are committed to repayments even if the miss a few payments & have the garage repossessed they still are committed to repaying the debts despite not having the garage!
You really get in to some interesting repos. It looked me like they hadn't been there in a while especially with the note still in the chair. Who knows what was going on with this one. You always do a good job. Keep up the great videos!!
