I think the deags are pretty balanced actually. I've been doing almost as well with the lewis gun. The deags are just higher skill ceiling. I could see them reeling back the headshot multiplier a little, but anything more than that and they'd become pretty useless. I found your shotgun comment pretty hilarious. "They do more damage than a shotgun up close." Yeah but shotguns have spread and are stupidly easy to hit shots with because you aim center mass. Headshotting a dashing light is easier said than done. 90% of the time you have to make a prayer to the bloom gods to not have your bullet go to space
I swear I can be aiming at someone point blank and miss most of my shots..😅 Idk if its me lagging or do they have crazy spread while moving? I can't sit still
They better not nerf these, the heavy doesn't have anything that can help or be effective at range, if the light can go invisible and snipe or run around with a knife that does one taps the heavy can be a crash out with the deagles 😂
@MrNamenamenamename why would desert eagles have more recoil than a shotgun. That wouldn't make sense. Light is the only class that needs a nerf. Sure low health, but the abilities they have are game breaking. the ability to go invisible is op tbh

Another tip is to crouch. Since you don’t actually aim down sights when you aim, crouching will still tighten the spread even more for those long range engagements
As a heavy main, I feel like the Akimbo feels like the only viable gun. With the nerfs to the Lewis gun, none of the guns feel powerful enough anymore. It feels good to actually be able to do damage at medium to far ranges with these. Every other gun makes me feel like i have to be right next to someone to deal serious damage.
I just started playing and love the sledgehammer. Though I think it's cause newer players don't know how to fight against melee weapons, so I probably gonna drop it once I'm playing against experienced players.
3:16 when you have one bullet left, the right .50 has its slide in back position so you don't need to rack it - only release the slide, and the left one well it still has a bullet in the chamber so you just change the magazine
2:20 u can animation cancel the chamber, u can see the bullets reload before the animation is finished and switch to an equipment then switch back and start shooting almost immediately. this works for any gun that reloads the bullets before the animation is finished like the AK
to address the reload time for .50 akimbo, even after shooting all 14 bullets, as soon as you see 14/14 bullets on the HUD in the bottom right, you can swap to a gadget and then immediately back to your weapon and you will skip the extra unnecessary animation. Works for ALL guns.
Actual non obvious tip: you can reload cancel the empty reload a whole lot earlier than you think, just weapon swap when you see the ammo counter change and you can cut down that empty reload in half
2:22 you can cancel the animation of re-engaging the chambers with a melee. it feels faster to me and it can do some extra damage if someone is right up in your face

i havent watched the video yet, but my 2 tipps > Select a good crosshair, thats mandatory when ADS with deagles. > dont fire it too fast it will have very bad accuracy, stay calm and steady this is not an easy weapon to use compared to m60 for example. now lets watch the video
My man is a Goo Gun naysayer. Second best weapon to synergize with Goo Gun imo. After Sledgehammer of course. Your best best bet is to always give yourself goo headglitches. It also doubles as a second gun for the akimbo if you run out of ammo. And Goo Gun can quickly give you enough cover to reload if you tactical reload.

They are *not* too strong. Light players choose a class with the smallest health pool and then whine and whine to the devs when other classes use weapons like the CL-40 or Akimbo to delete them with direct shots. Dodge better, play a different class or gtfo.
If you were good enough you woulda been able to either 3 shot the light with body shots or 2 tap with headshots even if you got stunned, and because ur playing heavy you have the most time to react
skill issue 100%. this is how ligth class is supposed to work, because if you take away the tazer or cloak any medium/heavy/light kill them without using 50% of their bullets.

what's funny is I said the same thing about one of them being empty 😂 imagine they add a third reload animation for when 1 needs chambered

50’s also can be reload canceled by switching weapons quickly
It'd actually be pretty cool to have a Semi Empty reload at 1 bullet that cocks the empty gun with a slap or something
U can melee to cancel the last part of the reload animation. As soon as u see 14 show up hit melee

hey you can use all the rounds and quick swap to cancel animation

Heavy has twice as much health and will kill light in half the ttk that lights can kill heavy. Git gud.
