Let's all be honest here, we'd absolutely love to see a fusion between Future Trunks and Adult Gohan.
You should consider doing a part 2 to this. I'm curious how Ultimate Trunks would do against base Black.
Black is screwed against Ultimate Trunks. It's one thing when Trunks is a weaker Super Saiyan 2 but it's another when he's got a form with no strain and is stronger than Super Saiyan 3. Which Goku as a Super Saiyan 3 was actually stronger than Black was when he came to the past but Goku being Goku didn't go all out and kill Zamasu before he got pulled back. Ultimate on the other hand is mostly a potential based power so it scales up over time and with training.
That's how Gohan jumped from Super Saiyan 3 Level in the Buu Saga to Blue Kaioken Level by the TOP when he unlocked it again. Trunks being a Hybrid Saiyan has similar amounts of Potential so he's probably gonna jump in power the same way Gohan does when he does a bit of training.
@@Zeromaru42 That's if Black swaps with Goku, maybe if Black wishes for Trunks he could be a greater threat.
@@trappingoku3640 If anything he'd struggle worse with Trunks body. I'm thinking he'd probably do it with Gohan instead to make the shit even and piss off Trunks. Remember, Trunks has a less versatile Fighting Mind than Goku Vegeta or Gohan, even if Gohan doesn't like to show it too often. I also don't think Zamasu would willingly swap with the person he knows is a Sinner and he would much rather purge Trunks himself. Even if he does, he wouldn't have the Ultimate power in the same instinctual way that Trunks has it. It'd be less efficient at best, completely unusable at worst. It would be like Goku Black trying to use Ultra Instinct in the Goku Black Arc where Goku doesn't even have it yet. Not completely impossible, but almost completely pointless at best due to Zamasu not having any experience with it and essentially trying to bootleg it in turn screwing himself over.
Gohan & Goten should follow in their Dad's Footsteps
Gohan is not slacking off, because of the influence from Future Trunks!! This also Keeps Vegeta more at ease too
Honestly I’m a little disappointed that future trunks’s presence didn’t change more things in the story but it was still entertaining. Excited for all the new what ifs suggested by fans! Really hope you give my Goten black suggestion a go.

I think I might have tried to establish a rivalry between Gohan and future Trunks.
With Goku dead Gohan started slacking but with Future Trunks there he'd be a reminder of what can happen if you do so.
So Gohan could have helped Trunks form a life and Trunks could have helped Gohan balance his training.
The fusion between Gohan and Trunks is so cool
I doubt the mind control would work on vegeta with trunks present. His pride was big enough to resist, it's sure enough to avoid embarrassment in fron of his son.
If Buu absorbed Goku then he should have been able to use the Kaio Ken to ridiculously high levels with very little issue thanks to his regeneration
Perhaps thats why the fusion had to put all of his energy to fight Majin Buu

Fk that timeline it's gone to shit and been erased anyways, when they sent him to another timeline that would mean there are two future trunks and mai knocking about. Should have just stayed in the present, toriyama could have made it that way.
I need this to be a series this is so cool for a lot of reasons 1. Gohan isn’t nerfed 2. Kid trunks has big brother who can understand him because he basically is him and trunks is my favorite character and plus another saiyan around is a w for the z fighters

I have some notes.
-Future Trunks wouldn't bring his sword if he intended to fight in the tournament. It's not allowed.
-FT would definitely want to fight Buu alongside Vegeta, and Vegeta would know this. He'd get knocked out the same as Goku, Goten, Kid Trunks.
-I think if Gohan was at the lookout he'd try to fight Buu, not to defeat him but to run out the timer and help save as many lives as possible. Plus it gives him something heroic to do.

I feel like Trunks staying there shoukd have had a bigger infleunce in Vegeta making it so he wouldnt become Majin, or, at least, that he wouldn't kill those people. I understand the first would make for a more boring story, but the latter wouldn't have that much of an impact and would show how Trunks being there changes things.

Watching this and seeing trunks take Gohans place with the z sword makes me think about how because toriyama wanted Gohan to be the main character after the cell saga he gave him the most massive power spike in the history of dbz which everyone uses as hybrids having more potential than pure blooded saiyans. That's not the case. It was literally only a matter of toriyama was bored with goku and wanted a new face for the franchise hence why goku dies in the cell saga. Goten and kid trunks did go super saiyan way before even Gohan but they were nowhere close to as strong as even ssj1 Gohan post-cell games let alone ssj2, and the only reason they even achieved ssj3 was because they had months of training specifically geared towards a transformation that could only be attained while in a fused state because neither was strong enough alone to achieve such a form and even then the ssj3 transformation cuts their fusion time down so drastically because they can barely sustain its power consumption that it ends up being more of a waste of time and energy than anything else, hell there was literally only 2 uses for the transformation in the series: getting out of the hyperbolic time chamber and boosting buus power so Gohan could humiliate him for 30mins
Dude the only problem I have is you used a dance fusion design for Gohanks. Also his name would most likely start with Trunks's name, Trunkhan. Cause Gohanks would be the dance fusion name.

Ah so Future Trunks staying in the Present Timeline means everybody get stronger nice. 👍 Although yeah it must have be really awkward for Future Trunks when talking to 18. 😆 Now we need a Fusion Dance version of Gohan and Future Trunks fusing at somepoint. Yeah really hoping Gohan does get his Potential Unleashed by Elder Kai maybe he picks up healing to like Future Trunks did in the Manga while training under the Supreme Kai. My favorite part was Mystic/Ultimate SSJ Gohanks vs Buuku fight. Spike up hair Mystic/Ultimate Trunks works. 👍 Anyways another really good start to this new series, and looking forward to the next part soon.
