He's answered that very question a number of times before. Although, he wasn't answering a question in those videos. It's more that he was explaining the effects of distance (of engines) on differential thrust, without being prompted to do so. If I recall correctly, he explains this in an F-14 diff-thrust video and an F-15 diff. thrust video. If you're ever scrolling through those videos, keep an eye (an ear) out for it.
Can you imagine getting you hands on MiG-35 in DCS ...... almost 50% more internal , fly by wire , 8+2 pylons , AESA and air refueling avail ..... Plus a2G capable with precision weapons. Oh and not to forget the FADEC new version of the RD-33M's with 15% more power than the legacy unit ! Great vid as usual :)
Good video. The F-15 needed to try offsetting the circle (move the control zone) as the rate fight develops - forcing the Mig to constantly adjust its angle on the way to the control zone. Not after he is in the control zone. Additionally, the F-15 needed to time the jink a little later. Bring the Mig in closer. The difference is two - four degrees here or there. - not an easy task but better than sitting on plain with a Mig-29 who is coming around fast. Nice work guys.

True! Although it has a very high skill ceiling and generally hard to master, once you get that down it can be very deadly against any 4th gen fighter since it's like a jack of all trades.

It clearly holds the advantage over many other planes--e.g. the F-14...though you might not know it here at the F-14 fanboy channel... Though, of course, one point of the Eagle is to not let anything get close enough to dogfight.
To be fair it can surprise with it's AOA and low speed manoeuvrability. Sure it's a jack of all trades but it still has better one circle performance than loads of stuff. The biggest thing is probably just its insane power.

I've been thinking a lot for being in the F-15's position at 9:57 and I'm wondering if he were to into vertical like he did and roll inverted then dump the nose, wouldn't that make for a very hard jink to line up a shot? I just keep seeing the same reaction of pull vertical until you become a big balloon about to be popped.

At 07:10 you can actually get a good glance of how much bigger the F15 is. The Mig29 is tiny! Not bigger than an F16! The Su27 on the other hand is as large as the F15.

correct, almost every time they do it too, I know I'm close to a kill shot cuz they cashed in precious energy and got nothing in return for it.

I wouldnt say "so good" I still get killed all the time and have lots to learn, but yes, I improved with practice, just dogfight after dogfight.

Naturally. Mig29 is an F16 counterpart. A light fighter jet. Sukhois family are heavy strike-figters, that can be used in air-to-ground scenarios.
Btw, MiG 29 in this particular episode has the Soviet Top Gun livery.
