    Don’t worry about the doctors diagnosing it as a syndrome, because that’s an interpretation, not a fact from the doctors.
    The interpretation comes from the fact that the pain you’re experiencing matches a typical set of symptoms commonly associated with facet joint issues. Doctors use the term ‘syndrome’ when they identify a group of symptoms that frequently occur together, even if the exact cause isn’t fully understood. In this case, the pain may be linked to wear and tear, inflammation, or stress on the joints, but the term ‘syndrome’ simply describes the collection of symptoms, not a definitive cause.

    Almost 4 months ago, I had a nasty fall from the roof, I broke two vertebrae, L1 and TH12, and one disk popped out on my spinal cord, the pain is still there, the recovery will be long, but I started swiming, now Im trying to start doing push ups again , for the human flag that I was able to make it will be a long return... You are a great younght and good athlete Daniel and I wish you a speedy recovery and return to the highest level and become an even better version of yourself 💪

      Thank you, luckily surgery was not necessary, but I have two disc herniations and because of that it squeezes the nerve and it hurts a little, did you maybe try holding on a regular bar for 1 minute every day because I practiced it every day when I was working out, I think maybe the disc would return to its place with time, but I'm still afraid to just hang on the bar, let alone do a pull-up, I think you're in a better position and you should try hanging on the bar to relax the lower part of the back.

    Do you know where this chronic pain comes from?
    Training or other reasons?

    • @hristov_sw
      @hristov_sw  4 วันที่ผ่านมา

      Can be from anything actually
      Mostly after bending over 🙏🏼

    • @herreza29znx40
      @herreza29znx40 4 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      * Additionally, nutrition can also be a factor in chronic conditions. It’s advisable to avoid sunflower oil and canola oil, as they can cause additional inflammation in the body. Furthermore, consuming fast food can contribute to chronic health issues due to its high levels of unhealthy fats, sugars, and preservatives, which may worsen inflammation and overall health.

      If you think your pain comes from bending over, it could also be, like with most chronic conditions, an accumulation of past issues. This means:
      1. Back when you spent a lot of time gaming, you might have been sitting in a bad posture for too long.
      2. During training, you may have often fallen or crashed during dynamic exercises on the bar.
      3. You might have performed certain progressions incorrectly, such as Planche presses, possibly with an arched back.
      4. You could have also lifted things with a rounded back, which puts extra strain on your spine.
      5. Additionally, there may be overuse of the facet joints, leading to further discomfort.
      6. Lastly, psychological factors like stress or anxiety can amplify the perception of pain. The experience of having been in a car accident that required surgery likely brought about feelings of fear and anxiety regarding death. This intense emotional trauma can trigger inflammatory processes in the body, which may now be manifesting as chronic pain.
      I wish you a speedy recovery, and I hope my message has helped you reflect on how you can address your problem by considering and analyzing the potential causes. We’re waiting for your comeback, champ!
