I just had an interview today at coles, very different to this, I applied for the night full position and there was no video interview was just arrive at store and one of the managers takes you for a walk around the store and you discuss while on your the job etc. simple
@@tiarnarowson2366 was actually really simple. they asked what sort of work i have done previously that might help me in filling shelves which I said I had merchandising experience, they asked if I would be available anytime as there is a lot of on call work and weekend work, asked what I think makes a great team member, asked what I would do if another team member is struggling to keep up, Its mainly questions about team work and availability, just answer the best you can, in a genuine way, I know its hard not to be nervous but try not to be, its really a entry level position not like going for a managers position, you will be fine
Hi, I did my interview today for checkout position. They didn’t ask me anything not even my name and introduction. They just gave me a paper to fill my availability, holidays and injuries if I have any in past and showed me how to do work on checkouts… I’m worried … don’t know will they select me or not…

Depends on the job posting. Sometimes it tells u in the title (i.e customer service team member) or it says store team member and then says that they’re hiring for a certain department such as grocery (nightfill) and asks if you’re willing to work in that department or not

Properly because I'm abit too young. Questions I got: 1) What makes a good leader? 2) Did you take any extra curriculum after school? 3) Why are you suitable for the job? 4) The bakery department opens at 5am in the morning. Are you willing to work that early? (This is where I f up. I was like of course not!)
