I met him and he was absolutely amazing. His eyes are so beautiful and when he looks at you, you feel so tingly and stuff. I was starstruck and was laughing and blushing. He gave me a high five and held my hand. Then, he signed a picture and talked to us for a bit. He was so nice

Ian has to be my favorite actor of all time. A little because I love Damon but mostly because he's absolutely amazing! I've met him twice and he's so sweet. He treats his fans like old friends instead of crazed fans, he's wonderful.

I live in Georgia and TVD films here. So they came to our mall and I saw the entire cast but didn't get to meet them. I've also been to the set of TVD and there they told us he'd be at eyecon that Sunday so I went. They hold an eyecon convention every year in Atlanta and ever since I found that out I go. Ian usually goes to every convention. So I bought a ticket and went. I hope to go again this year.

Marie Kessel I order them online. They do an eyecon convention and a dragoncon convention in Atlanta Georgia and usually the TVD cast goes every year. The eyecon convention is cheaper. The tickets went up for sell last year around April. Go on facebook and friend request TVDeycon. They have a lot of information there.

It is interesting that the people who want to put Ian down only comment on the fans who posts about his looks. There are tonnes of fans who comment on Ian's charity work, how humble and down to earth he is. How compassionate he is about everyone, the planet and its animals, how dead against bullying in all its formats he is, racism of any kind. And some of the haters know all this, yet they persist in their hatred.

Finally! Someone gets it! The man is gorgeous but 99.9% percent of his apoeal is the fact that he's driven in every aspect of his life. Those of you saying he is boring or that Paul is more humorous obviously your brain doesn't have the capacity to understand his intelligence. Ian is a very smart man and a very humble and genuinely nice person and he may not always joke around but that is most likely because this interview although, it may not seem like it is apart of his job which I would imagine he takes seriously so of course he isn't going to joke around 24/7. You need to remember Damon is just a character although they have similarities they also have many differences. Ian can be just as humorous as Paul you're simply watching the wrong interview. Ian is an amazing actor, person, and idol.
