I grew up speaking both english and spanish but im not very comfortable with my spanish currently and your video really helped! thank you for relieving some of my anxieties :)

Pues, tengo que aprender palabras relacionados con el banco si los clientes utilizaránlas cuando recibo las llamadas. He encontrado otra información que posiblemente serán buenos fuentes también.

Hi Sergio. You could say it like this: "Please hold" - "Por favor espere en la línea" (which translates as "please wait on the line. It's a common way to say it) - Alternatively, you could just say "Por favor espere" meaning, "Please wait"
How do you say this, please "Is it ok / do you mind if I place the call on hold? I will be back in 2 minutes" "Thank you/I appreciate you waiting on the line"
You can say it like this: English: "Is it ok / do you mind if I place the call on hold? I will be back in 2 minutes" Spanish: "¿Le importa si pongo su llamada en espera? Regreso en dos minutos"
