      Preserve it in a dry container and air won’t be able to pass, then keep in your cupboard

    Most the yam be white yam

    • @vivianscuisine5177
      @vivianscuisine5177  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      It mustn't be white yam, though I haven't really tried anyother type of yam while preparing this dish. Basically what the yam is meant for is to serve as a thickner to the dish. But then, always settle for whatever works for you in your kitchen. Much love.

    Why is this soup always the costliest on nigeria food menu

    • @vivianscuisine5177
      @vivianscuisine5177  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Basically because it is served with lots of obstacle (Meat) inside and it cost much to load a pot of dish with several obstacles. Few servings and the dish will be gone. xoxo

    • @winniestv5368

      Yes, you can use onion for season

    • @vivianscuisine5177
      @vivianscuisine5177  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Weep not, as you can always use same to season your meat. But hey, if you detest onions, you can very well do without it. It is entirely up to you. Much love and thanks for visiting. xoxo
