      I’m 15 too, I can cook (*⁰▿⁰*) I made gyoza too, it’s not that hard if you practice and try hard! Just don’t give up if you make mistakes, since I almost did, lol but I’m glad I didn’t (^∇^)

    I love gyoza whenever I'm at a Japanese restaurant. Are the wrappers readily available in stores? And is there a good recipe to make your own wrappers at home? Thanks for this video!

      +Ivy Lock If you freeze extra Gyoza and ready to use it, you don't need to thaw. Just put in the pan while frozen and cook extra 2 min more.

    • @brandon3872
      @brandon3872 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      You can fry the pork before filling the gyozas if you are concerned, or cook them for longer.

    • @scooby-tm8yk
      @scooby-tm8yk 4 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      @@brandon3872 lol no. the ENTIRE point of the gyoza wrapper is to hold in the delicious juices of the pork filling while it is cooking. there is no point to making gyoza if you're going to cook the pork beforehand.

    • @brandon3872
      @brandon3872 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@scooby-tm8yk I agree that is the best way, but if someone is too scared of undercooked meat, it is the only way. You can keep the meat juice from when you fry the meat, just mix it with the filling.
