Local on the 8s - Windy Severe Thunderstorm Warning - Milwaukee, WI @ 8-11-23

Another round of severe weather tonight throughout most of Wisconsin! Heavy winds, hail, and lightning resulted in a not very peaceful Friday night.
For some reason, there was a tile and VocalLocal line for SVT Watch at the start, instead of a warning. Also, for a couple of frames towards the start of the LOT8s, you can see a glitch where it shows the National version for a split second, which is neat.
The song used in this LOT8s is unknown at this point, but I will update the description once it is found.

@@superr1101 You can get Local on the 8s by watching your local IntelliSTAR 2 feed from TWC, you can find it through most cable TV companies
