Windows 7 was a landmark in the history of Windows OS!
I have used Windows XP for the first time in my life in 2011. And then, when my father bought me my first desktop in 2014, it had Windows 7 Enterprise in it pre-installed. I love the Windows logo at that time. Still today when I think about Windows or Microsoft in general, the image that forms in my mind immediately is the logo of Windows 7.

Then many waves touched the seashore of computing, but still the memories of amazing and exciting computing experience with great ease of using a computer was felt for a long duration was one and only with Windows 7. In fact, this particular OS made us matured from every aspects of a computer applications. Truly it was made for the ultimate PC experience.

I bought new PC in 2011 only bcoz of Windows 7 as my old PC didn't supported it. I purchased a second hand CPU of 5500 something with 1 GB graphics card and 1 GB ram by saving money almost from one year as a kid. Still remember that time. No windows OS has same vibe as Win 7 ever. It's still my favorite and still use it on virtual VMWare.
My dad gifted me a desktop in 2012, it was my 10th birthday. Win Xp was pre-installed, then dad upgraded that to Win 7. It's been 11 years since, he's no more. His gift is still so much special for me. I never changed anything in my computer, sometimes things should remain unchanged! ❤️

i am 16 year old, in 2011 2012, i got to see first time computers and laptop, my father got laptop from his office which was installed with windows 7, and i used it a lot, i used to play games, paint and watch movies....the look and feel of windows 7 was the best...for internet, there was no smartphone, so my father used RELIANCE dongle, my mother had nokia with tata docomo and father had vodafone sim...that time was the best, when technolgy was in its development...nowadays technolgy is not getting developed that much as it used to get developed between 2005 to 2015

Windows 7 is dammm appealing to eyes. I had my first laptop in 2010 with Windows XP. After 2-3 years i saw someone's new laptop with Windows 7. At first look it melt my heart. Such morden and clean UI. Thankfully one of my known uncle took my laptop and gave it with windows 7 installed. I was so happy.
using windows xp in 2010 laptop is very odd. since 2007 i have seen new pcs loaded with vista but people downgraded to xp. but as soon as 7 came they upgraded to it.

I am still using Windows 7 in my 13 year old HP Mini laptop and although it is an outdated operating system, still I am able to do lot of work in Windows 7.
I studied windows 98 in school, but when finally bought a PC, had XP in it. Had a lot of hope for Vista, but it failed. 7 was my primary OS when ai got a laptop in 2011. Still the same laptop is running well with Windows 7. Today's macbook pro cost 1.5 to 5 lakhs with accessories and does get maximum 7 year updates where as general windows 7 laptop was running fine all these years with Microsoft support which is great, but in future no OS desktop or mobile is not going to same level of support. I had so much memories with both xp and 7. XP was my study PC and 7 was my bed machine to watch movies. It's smoothness and transparent taskbar was another level in that time. I know we have to move over, currently I have Windows 11, Chromebook and macbook pro along with iPad pro, but for my nostalgia I bought another lap with Windows 7 this year. Cannot forget the feel of it even if it is not supported anymore ❤️😥

Since I have my own DTP business, I need to use Page Maker for books jobs. Otherwise for Ph. D. Thesis jobs I use Microsoft Word (any version) which is very useful and have many fantastic attributes specially useful for thesis jobs.
Since page maker doesn't work on Windows X and further versions, I have been managing with Windows 7. My engineer is after me to switchover to Windows X, but I am bit reluctant, also due to the expenses Also.

Good Afternoon Dear. I have been using Windows 7 for many years. But now due to arrival of Windows X and next versions, all the applications don't work properly. For my such huge jobs of books and thesis I find laptop as very difficult. I have been using keyboard since I am learned typist, doing jobs in various Indian Languages (Marathi, Hindi, Gujarati, Sanskrit and Vedic too) along with English as the basic language for typing.

First using windows 8.1 & 10 & currently someone installed windows 7 which I was going to upgrade but looking my laptop performance I was surprised how well it's optimised . Well it's might be only security which I would later won't use but currently am using win 7.
true story.... maine pc win 98 aur jyadatar xp par hi sikha.... par apna laptop liya to usme win8.1 thi par muje sirf 1 month me windows 7 par switch karna pada aur ye meri ab tak ki favourite os rahi, jo problem rarely create karti thi aur kaam aasani se nikal kar deti thi.... uske bad windows 10 install kiya par us me kaam nikalne se jyada problem trouble shootout karne me jyada vakt barbad hota raha hai

I used windows 7 till 2017. Even though I was using a powerfull laptop, I was so reluctant to shift from windows 7 to newer versions. That much love I had for win7. But in 2017, I had to upgrade my OS to win10 just to play cricket 17, as it was not supported by win7

I actually never used Windows 7 but only for 15 days I used it (After the end of its support) in 2020 it was a smooth-running OS and even some programs used to run but all programs were unable to run which I need to install Windows 10 which was of course fastdidn'tI didn't experience speed to windows 7 level but in today's date windows 10 is more popular due to its security and many such features but windows 7 was popular due to its productivity and security (of that time).

i have also used windows7 back in 2012 this was the best os i have used ever the most fascinating thing about this windows is the transparency effect that was awesome that time i dont have internet but i used to explore new features in windows 7 and also its a user friendly os very neat and clean with colourful theme its just love all my memories.

my laptop screen crashed my dad fixed it on 10,000 rupees when i was 8 (i am still 8 years old) and put windows 7 and then i remembered my old memories when i was 4. because i played games on my cousins computer which is still windows 7.
I started with Win 98/DOS when I was ~5(1997-8), ME, and thn XP and tried Vista(Didn't like it as usual) but moved to Win7.
XP was good but the problem was that it used to get slow after a year because of may be bad resource management. Vista you already mentioned and thn comes the hero "7" , Once installed rarely lags and so fast and clean, do not have to format for years.
Still miss that era of MS's old op systems. ❤
I used first computer in my life that was on windows 7, And I also used windows 8 and 10 but I missed that clean ui of windows 7. that's why I switched to Linux, specifically zorin OS that offers same kind of feel of windows 7 fast and clean. not only windows it can form itself as your preferences easily. definitely give it a try and I impressed by zorin os in sagar bhai's video.
