Regine was born in a poor family. And watching her rise from that situation and still keep her self humble is an amazing experience. That's the reason why Filipino put her in a pedestal and made her the grand Queen of Filipino music industry. She is an inspiration to all.
She was crying because of the journey she went through. She came from extreme poverty but sang her way up.
I thought she was a little pitchy at the start but then I realized she was singing this song for her father who was in the audience and she was crying. Her father was her musical trainer at an early age, to strengthen her lungs and the power of her voice, her dad made her sing in the ocean with her chest submerged and only her head popped out of the sea. It must have been difficult to sing and reach those high notes when your chest is being pressurized by the force of the water. But look where it got her.
The unbelievable talent of Queen Songbird, in every concert she has, she never tired her voice always reign supreme.... Indeed Queen 👑❤️

for the record i think regine started doing a long medley in a concert , here in philippines she is really very passionate you can tell in all her performances and if you watch her live in a concert the more she use her voice the powerful it gets,
During that performancr her father was still alive he was focused in the video. Regine got emotional because thats songs reflected on how she started her career love lots topher

She was really emotional here. The old man and woman being focused in the camera is her father and mother. The concert wherein she still pushed through it although his father just recently passed was "The Voices of Love."
