However, you still need to visit RTO for taking photo and for signature...after that, they will send it by post..

Great Explanation Bro. But there are lots of Steps. Government should take initiative to simplify this process. The steps in your First Video itself is the Government work. But we have to step into RTO office 3 times to make them complete their work which adds more tedious to this whole process. They are supposed to complete the Backlog without us telling them. We need to spend lots of our time for this. But I really appreciate your efforts for this whole video. This is very helpful.

For renewal, I have done renewal only after expiry..since you have 4 months left, please check with your RTO whether it can be done now and explain your reason also...they will provide solution..

Question 1: 2 methods of applying - with aadhar and without aadhaar
If you're doing using Aadhaar, you have fill details and upload Aadhaar copy..
If not using Aadhaar, no need to upload..
