I got HSRP back 2021... Last year when I renewed my license I had to get a Medical Certificate...... All these are VERY OLD rules... NOT new at all...
Basically these are all All India Rules. In TN many doesn't follow & as usual police harrass the soft targets.

மெடிக்கல் சர்டிபிகேட் வாங்க வேண்டும் என்றால், அதற்கு நாம துட்டு அழுதே ஆகனும். இது டாக்டர்கள் பிழைக்க இந்த அரசு வழி வகுத்து இருக்கிறது.
உடல் தகுதி இல்லாதவர்கள் வாகனம் ஓட்டி விபத்து ஏற்படுவதைத் தடுக்க ஏற்கனவே இருக்கும் விதியில் போலி அல்லாமல் உண்மையான மருத்துவரிடம் சான்று பெற வலியுறுத்தப்படுகிறது.
வெளிநாடுல வேலை பார்ப்போர்க்கு லைசென்ஸ் சரியான நேரத்தில் renewal பண்ண முடிவதில்லை, அதை renewal பண்ண ரொம்ப கஷ்டமா இருக்கு, பணமும் அதிகம் கேட்குறாங்க,வெளிநாடுல வேலை பார்க்குறவங்களுக்கு Renewal செய்வதற்கு முன்போ பின்போ அரசு அவகாசம் கொடுத்தால் நல்லா இருக்கும், நான் renewal செய்ய மட்டும் 5,500 செலவு பண்னேன்.
இந்த விதிமுறை எல்லாம் அடித்தட்டு மக்கள் மற்றும் நடுத்தர வர்க்க மக்களுக்கு மட்டுமே...பொருந்தும்.

Driving license for 2 wheelers should be given to people above 17 years of age. Driving license should be valid from date of issue till one reaches 50 yrs of age. Renewal of DL above that should be for period of 10 yrs and not 5 yrs.

without any touts nothing takes place, approach an RTO agent - or just enquire with a reliable number plate manufacturer/fixer nearer to any RTO ofice 👍
