Not into fishing at all, but came across your videos in my feed, your presentation is spot on, funny, useful and to the point, no wasted time. You pack a lot of info, good info into your videos and keep my interest to the end. Keep up the great work, TH-cam needs more guys like you!
I like the duck tape hacks, they are great. However, what is even better is your sense of humor and ability to make a very fun to watch video. I made a frog lure and a fish lure out of duct tape but haven't caught anything with it yet. Your plastic bag with duck tape was my favorite.
One of my personal favorites of your videos! The bloopers and hand cuffs had me rolling on the floor while laughing. You always have great hacks. I’m a long time subscriber! Keep the good stuff coming!
This video inspired me to make my own on the rod reel covers that fit both baitcast and spinning reels for less than a $1.00 a piece and some time. Duct tape, Plain freezer bags (no zipper), self-adhesive velcro. Tape the bag (as shown in the video), split the sides as deep as you need, reinforce the end of the split, put the velcro along the inside top of the open bag. Done
I'm not much of a fisherman, but I sure enjoy your videos. I have used several of your ideas around my garden and shop. I really like your zip bag idea, and it will get several uses here. Have a great Thanksgiving!
The amount, and quality, of commercials on this video was AWESOME!!! That’s some serious cred that your content is considered to be worth that kind of ad placement! Good for you man, you deserve it!! Bunch a fun hacks, #3 was a particular favorite! Keep doing what you’re doing. Great stuff goin’ on here!!
I don’t have any profound input or comments but I just have to tell you how much I love your videos! The hacks are amazing but the humor you include is what hooked me. I love it! Keep ‘em comin’ buddy. 🤣😃👍🏼
Keith another grand slam homer video. All suggested uses as fishing/first aid/and emergency use hacks were AWE-SUM!!! I flew in the Navy and made 7 deployments during my 20 yr. career and I recall the airframe techs using duct tape (or as they called it..."600 MPH tape") on tons of last minute dings on wings or fuselage before launching a plane off the carrier catapult. The tape never failed!!!! Great channel brother!
I was informed and entertained at the same time. That hasn't happened since 3rd grade.! Great hacks. You and Captain America are funny as heck. I hope the two of you collaborate more in the future.
Another great video! #2 hack to be used for handcuffs. I carry a one inch wide roll on my backpack just for that reason. Can't believe I got through security at the airport more than once.
Being that I'm a police sergeant, I'm trying to figure out where on my belt I can carry duct tape, lol! Really great video and your sense of humor is fantastic. Also, the absence of overly loud music is appreciated.
@@FishinNStuff Well, thank you so much for saying so! Soon to retire with 38 years. From Patrol to Chief and currently a sergeant. Now, I'll have more time for fishing!🎣
@GreggD Sciotto you stay safe sir . I hate to see our generation moving on , because things sure went crazy when our parents reached retirement 😕 . I do still got hope in the next generation at the she time . But having said all that like I said thank you for serving and protecting. 38 years it's well deserved
I made duck/duct tape for 26 years and I have seen it all. On something like a pool or boat leak...use wax to get the water out from under the tape after you apply it. Braid the rope, anything cand be done almost...Great video
I've been watching cranky for about 3years now ive subscribe under other handles and just started buying only the tackle that worked in my pond kinda narrowed things down never really had no use for diy but ............that ziplock duck tape contraption now that is down right genius i remember how you did the lure rod things with duck tape well cranky you just got another subscriber again thank you and stay cranky it works for the channel gbu tight lines from ironworkers union local 263 El paso TX
Like your diys, I have one I would like to share. It's about the wroms,I used to fish walleye tonaments and we would take a small cooler with some ice a little water ,wash the wroms and put them in the cooler. It keeps them nice and clean then put them back in the dirt when the fishing over. It don't hurt them just keeps them Cool, try it works great..keep the diys coming...
We really love your animated fish, the way you banter back and forth! Your videos are really entertaining. We are new to TH-cam and was wondering if there is a specific software that you use or recommend. Thanks for keeping us laughing!!
Good stuff as usual! I always keep electrical tape on boat because some of my rods have Tennessee handles. There have been times where I didn’t have any tape on the boat and cut my hand or finger. When that happen I would take some of the electrical tape off one of the Tennessee handle rods to use on the cut. One other thing about using electrical tape for a bandaid is it is a little more flexible allowing you to handle your rods and equipment easier.Duct tape is stiffer but still would use if I didn’t have any electrical tape. I think if it was a deep cut then making the butterfly strips definitely would work better. But truly your right having a whole roll of duct tape just because they are bigger rolls and have more options than electrical tape. I guess it wouldn’t hurt to have both in the boat. Before retiring I kept electrical tape in my back pack. If I got cut at work I would use the tape over a bandaid just because it would hold up longer than a regular bandaid especially if you are sweating! Someone with your knowledge probably could make multiple hacks on any and all tapes. Well you kinda did with the fluorescent tape. I appreciate all your content and always look forward to seeing the next.
Use strips of duct tape folded over as lures. You can use strips of pillowcase too. Works great for bluegill on the beds and you never lose the sheet it only gets dirty. I know a guy who has used a piece of cloth for over twenty years. He just cuts a little piece at a time
My husband use to work for a small company who never seemed to have money to fix their vans when they broke down. The U-joints went out in his van. The company just didn't have the money to repair the u-joints so my husband used duct tape to tape everything up. It went for over two weeks, driving well over a hundred miles a day, and held out until they were able to get his van fixed. He was in Dallas traffic every day for those two weeks, so you understand that duct tape had to of worked very well.
👍👍enjoy the video 🦆tape is awesome and it is a good idea to have a roll with ya . Cranky left ya hangin in ya trespassing 😆😆. Good hacks and good laughs .
The Duck Tapping a Hole in the Boat works. I slapped a Cypress Tree with my Airboat made a crack about a Foot Long Duck Taped it inside and outside was able to get to the Ramp and Loaded up safely. Enjoyed it
duck tape works better then mole skin if you catch a blister before it forms ( you can feel a hot spot). comes in handy when breaking in new boots. if you put it over a bluster, leave it on till it falls off on its own. or you will be ripping off skin. also great as emergency tinder for building a fire.
Thank you. You made my morning better after a crummy start. I frequently pass Cranky's jokes onto my adult daughters because they love dumb dad jokes. Excuse me but, "I'm just say'n".
Hey man great video like The man says below the comedy is extra special I especially like the Ziploc hack that is really smart idea I’ll definitely be using that for a few things anyway I always love watching your videos man you’re the best keep up the great work freezing my bum off here in Canada😂

My 9 year old son just asked in the most mind blown way possible, “how is that guy so smart?!!?” 😂
Once again, another great video!
That’s crazy… I ask that same thing on nearly every video!
I hit him fooled don't I lol . I appreciate you and your son watching. Thank you very much

Lure covers!!!! I now have a project for this winter. Love your humor and and your neighbor carries it to the goal line!!!👍🤣
The duck tape reinforced zipper bag makes a lot more sense than storing weights in the fish you have caught. Much more handy.
One of my personal favorites of your videos! The bloopers and hand cuffs had me rolling on the floor while laughing. You always have great hacks. I’m a long time subscriber! Keep the good stuff coming!
The bloopers from this guy is better than the actual hacks 🤣🤣🤣
Haha we just have fun with it . You know. I ready believe laghter is a medicine

I was crying at the end man. Great stuff throughout the video , but the end had me rolling. Awesome video as always!
Glad to see I'm not the only guy storing my fishing gear in zip-loc baggies inside my tackle bag, just saying! Awesome videos!
