You can give C1 directly but its better to give exams in order. Passing C1 directly would be too difficult You should apply directly to companies once you have german language certificates and are in the first year of college

How does rent work when moving around for a dual study program or even internship at a different location for a period of let say 3 to 4 months? Shall i pay both rent? Do i have to search new room after the work phase? I heard it is really difficult to find a room...

In dual study how hard it is to pass exams
Some exams are fine, some are a bit more challenging. If you are well prepared you can manage it :)

I was renting the room for alternating 3 months period, because there are students who can use the room in the other 3 months when you are not there
