Boy, when you pick him you pick up that thing there was a monster I cannot believe for that area and that amount of money they let a property get like that wow and they ate the homeowners association. Let that house get like that and that neighborhood on the beach, I cannot believe it’s gonna take almost $1 million to get that house back together but keep up the good work😢

lol - Fire damaged means water damaged and likely, at this point, structural damage. At the listed price, I do not see how it can flip for a profit - Compatible homes list for under $8M - You need to gut the entire property inside and possibly most of the outside and resurface them ... when the walls go, so does the floors in most instances. When you start taring things off, you will find pipes issues, drain issue just because it has been abandoned for an extended period of time or people vandalizing the place. To refinish a property like this you will need another $3M to $4M which is what it would cost you to build the home so, you would be better off buying a lot for $1.2 or $1.4M and break ground. Perhaps, there aren't much options to choose from as far as "empty lots" but, when you have that kind of $$$, you also have choice of mobility - Yeah, I know, some people just get fixated with a spot and they act compulsively and throw $$$ at it - these are rate buyers known as "emotional buyers".
