Over the last 10 year the city cooncil has let Aiberdeen go to shite.
The club is the city's biggest asset and to have thousands of fans kept in the city centre before and efter matches is massive for the city FACT.

The club could upgrade 1 stand at a time at Pittodrie and do it over 10 years say. No need £80M then.
Only need to do 3 stands really and raise capacity to 25k max. It would do for the next 100 years like that and allow for the club to grow. Right now Pittodrie has 4 different stands that look completely different outside and in.
